Supply, installation, testing & commissioning LT Timer panel board, out-door type, suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz electric supply system, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet ineer of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings, compartmentalized in costruction to accommodate proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated , (Note: The Panel shall be mounted on floor with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above the ground level all as directed by the Engr-in-harge. The cost of the PCC foundation shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item) (Note:- LT Panel board should be as per IS/IEC 61439-I: 2011 & IS/IEC 61439-2 : 2011,Test certificates for Shot Circuit Test, Temperature Rise Test, Di-Electric Property Test and Degree of Protection IP-65 at minimum 4000 Amps with Breaking capacity not less than 56KA. ( The contractor should submit all Certificates before executing the job.)
