M&L for 25 mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in leveling course, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding laying of cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick for as in floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for backing coat of cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick for as in vertical surfaces such as skirting , dados etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Backing coat shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanized corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with ’J’ type or ‘L’ type or cranked hook bolts, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 120 gm per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick plain, galvanized, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 120 gm per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS works as in wind tie for roof flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh etc and similar works conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including drilling holes as required all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following specification:- (a)Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sum. (b)Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). (c) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to [email protected] litre per square metre on the cleaned plastered surfaces (d) Applying evenly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25@ 1.20 Kg per square metre on primed surfaces. (e) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 Kg per square metre reinforces) with polyester non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per square metre by torch application. The overlap shall be not less than 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. (f) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:3 on top of the chaijah with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement including coping and proper slope and including necessary cutting and making good and two coats of cement based painted to match the existing surface. NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc in framed work, under 40sqcm in section, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick seamless calcium silicate POP finished ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish complete including two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. Note: Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre, intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners including hangers 6mm dia GI adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long with and including ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre and fix complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
