12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 36 SI NO 13.11 NEW

Supply of 22.4 to 53 mm gauge stone ballast with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Consolidation of stone aggregates of 45-63 mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Supply & laying 80 mm thick Precase cement concrete ishape interlocking paver block (Grey color) with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200X(160+120mm) of O.P cement smoothing gloss finish,skid resistant manufacturered from rubber moulds M-30 GRADE AS PER SOR 2022.

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.PWD SOR 2022 10.21 .

Supply and fixing Galvanized corrugated iron roofing in position including supply of all materials, labour, Tools &plants etc. requiredfor proper completion of the work andincluding wastage.0.63 MM THICK

S/L C:C (1:2:4) with 20 mm stone grit, coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 279 ( a).

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats. AS PER PWD SOR 2022 662 NEW ITEM .

Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work..AS PER PWD SOR 2022 662 NEW ITEM .

R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors &windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials,labour,tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(AS PER PWD SOR 2020/283 a .)
