REPAIR MAINT OF CEILING FANS EXHAUST FANS WALL MOUNTED FANS SOLAR WATER HEATERS AND MISC EM WORKS AT BAIARAGARH UNDER GE BHOPAL

NOTE: - (i) The quoted rate deems to include for all minor expenses required for making the complaint functional. (ii) Repairing/ rewinding of ceilling fan/ exhaust fan shall be carried out in the AGE E/M Bairagarh subdivision in present of concern JE E/M. (iii) Space/room will be provided by AGE E/M in the E/M yard for carring out repair work. (iv) Contractor staff will collect defective fans from concern JE E/M, check the fans after opening it, and intimate the defects in the fan to JE E/M before carring out the repairs. (v) The bearing of fan should be of NBC/SKF/FAG make only. No other make will be accepted.

Taking down old ceiling fan/Exhaust fans/Wall mounting fan of any cap/sweep after disconnecting the electric supply from any site, checking for its electrical defect and opening fans for checking of mechanical defect after dismantlling of fan, carried out repair/over hauling including removing dust and grease, and cleaning of internal mechanical parts of fan with kerosene oil, checking of alignment of shaft, oiling and greasing, checking of worn out bearing and other defective parts, winding, condenser etc and re-assembling, and connecting/refixing of fans in its original position by providing new GI nut bolt, lock washer and lock/split pin complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Burnt out fan shall be kept separately for rewinding which shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of BOQ. (ii) The quoted rates is deemed to include for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ as "Supply only". (iii) Painting of fan shall be on requirement basis and shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply only the following items for fixing against defective parts of fan taking down under item No 1 here in before complete all as specified and directed.

Bearing No 6201 [Make : SKF/NBC/FAG] .

Rubber Bush as required at site suitable for ceiling fan .

Note:- Taking down and fixing of fan will be measured under item No. 1 here-in-before.

M&L for attending the complaint of fan not working/ slow speed at site by deploying electrician and checking all electrical connection, tightening/ refixing of any loose electrical connections/ wires, replacement of weak / unservicable condensor etc at site and to make the fan functional without taking down from ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of condensor will be paid under relevant item.

S&F in repairs blade assembly of celling fan of 1200 mm sweep (set of three) of make, colour and pattern as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete servicing of solar hot water system (solar water heater, flate plate collector type), with cleaning of sluge deposited in pipe line of solar pannel by using cleaning agent, check and repair of pipe line for any leakage, including carring out brazing of copper pipe for leakage, cleaning of glass shell, cleaning of hot water tank, replacement ofunserviceable clamps, adopter, hose pipe including complete sevicing to keep the plant functional of capacity up to 200 LPD complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up or down existing unserviceable geyser element of any description and in any position from geyser of 25 Ltrs / 50 Ltrs capacity installed at site and supply and fixing new geyser element of 2.0 KW, 230 volts to match with the existing system complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up or down existing unserviceable geyser thermostat of any description and in any position from geyser of 25 Ltrs / 50 Ltrs capacity installed at site and supply and fixing new thermostat with setting range 30 C to 80 C suitable for 230 volts AC electric supply. complete all as specified and directed. [Make : Danfoss / Ranco / Indfoss]

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up or down existing unserviceable geyser indication lamp of any description and in any position from geyser of 25 Ltrs / 50 Ltrs capacity installed at site and supply and fixing new indication lamp (set of two) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking up or down existing unserviceable PVC connections of any description from geyser installed at site and supplying and fixing new 15mm PVC Connection with steel reinforced pipe for hot water connection of length 450mm including rubber washers complete all as specified & directed. [Make :Prayag or equivalent in approved make by GE.]

M&L for painting of the items given below of any description and in any position, by applying two coats of paint (DUCO) white by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces including writing MES No. in capital letters of height not less than 20 mm in the pattern and style complete all as specified and directed:- Geyser 25 ltrs capcity.

M&L for painting of the items given below of any description and in any position, by applying two coats of paint (DUCO) white by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces including writing MES No. in capital letters of height not less than 20 mm in the pattern and style complete all as specified and directed:- Geyser 50 ltrs capcity.

S&F in replacement of 3 pin plug top AC-230 v 15 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Make : Anchor/ L&T/Havells
