Supply of semiskilled labour with necessary Tools and Plants for cleaning of coal dust, cargo, iron dust, mud etc from the road, kerb stone / divider edges, sides of drain, rain cuts, medians etc. with supply of all Labours etc all complete, excluding GST as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.
N.B.: (i) Records for engagement of labour shall be maintained by the Agency in proper format and produced for payment purpose. It must be signed by official of HWD-II/PMC on daily basis.
(ii) Contractor has to pay minimum wage rate circulated by PPA to the labours engaged by him during the contract period. The enhanced rate will be re- imbersed as per actual on production of required document.
(iii) The agency has to paid EPF, ESI, Bonus, Leave salary, Retrenchment benefits, Transport Allowance, Welfare Allowance, Washing Allowance, Cantten Allowance, and the same will be re-imbursed as per actual on production of document.
(iv) The gate pass for entry of labours will be re-imbursed as per actual on production of Document.
(v) The agency has to provide PPE and Uniform to the labours Engaged by him and same will be re-imbursed as per actual on production of Document. The agency has to provide Accidental and natural Depth Insurance to the labours and the amount will be re-imbursed as per actual on production of document.
(vi) During operation of the contract, the contract may either be foreclosed at any time or be operated with reduction of quantity/ No. against any/ each BoQ items of work. The payment shall be made as per the actual quantities of work executed at site. | 2,504 | Each Man days | - | - |
| 2Engagement of the following machineries for cleaning the road surface, side berms, back up area, apron, approaches and any other required area for cleaning purpose and collecting the debrises/ spillage materials, disposing the collected debrises/ dredge spoil/ cargo mixed earth etc. at identified debris yard or at required locations inside prohibited area as finalized by Traffic Deptt. with supply of all labour, T&P, port entry fees, engagement, running and hire charges of all machineries, operator expenses, cost of fuel and lubricants, all safety measures etc. all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Ν.Β.: (i) No idle hours shall be paid. (ii) Bidder must have his own machineries required for the work or submit documentary evidence if to be hired on lease basis. (iii) Log sheet shall be maintained by the Agency for engagement of machineries which shall be acknowledged by the Department/ PMC and shall be produced before payment.
