Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons,dados etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for granite (of any approved colour) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing as in kitchen platform, flooring and all other similar works, incl. moulding/rounding the edges of stone, laying over & including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 300x450X7mm thick glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in coloured cement to match over rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match inluding Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry complete all as specified & directed.

S&F SS sink made of stainless steel 1mm thick 304 grade kitchen with plugs, washers and waste; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, 75 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Cast iron nahani trap, 75mm with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4)

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L brick work with modular flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering for 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of internal bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment & preparation on walls by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer on surfaces of walls including 3mm th wall care putty on walls using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

M&L complete removal of existing painted ceiling surfaces by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of old surface using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with two single core 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 20 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 6Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed. Note: 3 run of 6 sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit
