Clearing Jungle Including Up Rooting of Rank Vegetation grass push wood trees and sampling of grith pudh 30 cm Measured at a height of I M above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery

Supply and Stacking of 22.4 - 53mm gauge hard stone ballast from approved quarry for Top coat including cartage royalty octroi, sales tax & all other taxes what so ever applicable under rules and required template after screening at road side including dressing of side berms as required where metal is to be staked as per direction Engineer in charge.

Supply & Stacking of screening material approved quality of consolidation of stone ballast including all material] labour] T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Consolidation of 10cm thick (loose) coat of stone ballast including opening out stacking sorting stone ballast in existing road surface water and ramming and also including carriage of metal upto 30Mtr. (100 ft.) carriage of water 200 Mtr. Supply and maintenance of barries and all T&P required for proper completion of the work, stone ballast to be supplies to the contractor free at site.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep. Laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 to 1.00 KG/Sqm. using mechanical means including cost of all material & labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of the work.

providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared painted surface including cleaning of road sufrface and spreading bitumenat the rate of 4.40 Kg/Sqm. Using mechanical means.

Providing and laying 50mm thick dense grade bituminous macadam 50-100mm average with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing average output 75 tonne per /hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading preserved with bitumin binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of toal mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,. laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade VG-30, level and alignmentm, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 507 complete in all respect.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared DBM surface including cleaning of road surface and spreading bitumen at the rate of 0.20 Kg/Sqm. using mechanical means.

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi dense grade bituminous concrete 40mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output 75 tonne per /hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bitumin binder @ 4.5 to 5.0 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,. laying with a hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade VG-30, level and alignmentm, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 508 complete in all respect.

Renewing patries including dressing surface filling upto 8cm depth and making namunas, at every 15 meter apart on either side of the road true to patri template with side slopes of 1:2 etc. trenches for taking the earth to be so dug taht they form a continuous side drain at road boundary.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge and accordance with applicable specifications & Including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area.

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/Road Stud) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses confatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13 00 sq. cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name trade or other means of identification of the manufacture. epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer, In addition, a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged, get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, RMP (With shank)

Painting or varnishing new work in small areas with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and three coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. paint to be used should confirm the I.S.I. No. 103-1950.
