REPAIR TO ROOF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AND OTHER MISC WORKS TO CERTAIN TECH AND OTM ACCN AT MH KHADKI AND REPAIR TO SUNKEN FLOORS AND RELATED WORKS TO CERTAIN TECH AND OTM ACCN AT MH KHADKI UNDER GE MH AND RH KHADKI

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in above ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for waterproofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below. Make: PIDILITE , Dr Fixit or equivalent, complete all as specified and directed.

Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Bath/WC/Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt , dust etc, complete all as specified and directed

Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed

Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with " Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout " Dr Fixit Bathseal Gruot" or eqvt . Nahani traps , etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around to grouted in the same manner, complete all as specified and directed

Apply one coat of a Bitumen- modified polymer coating " Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely, complete all as specified and directed

In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition by brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproof coating " Dr Fixit Pidifins 2K" or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 mtr to waterpoof the shower area also , if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6 to 8 hours allow to dry completely,complete all as specified and directed

After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50mm thick concrete screed M 15 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (40mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed

After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC , SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF etc , complete all as specified and directed (Note:- Tiling work will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete or as in sunken portion or floor complete all as specified & directed
