Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R Portion

Chipping loose concrete and Exposing existing RCC columns,beams,slabs,lintels,pardis etc.including plaster beyond main reinforcement carefully by means of chisel and hammer or mechanically including necessary double scaffolding ,erecting horizonal platforms at working levels to collect the debris, proping with top and bottom runners as directed stacking the debris in the compound as directed and caring away the same outside the premises etc. complete all as specified and as directed

RELIEVING STRUCTURAL MEMBERS Relieving structural members such as column,beam and slabs of their superposed loads partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. including providing necessary timber runners,bracing , jacking up arrangement all complete to the satisfication of Engineer incharge(Removing and redoing of brickwork, if required ,shall be paid separately.

Chipping of existing loose,damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns,Beams, Slabs and Chajjas on External and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if requried in the opinion of the Consultant),carefully with chisel and hammer providing and applying ' Rusticide SS' Rust passivater or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of reinforcement,cleaning washing of concrete etc complete as directed.Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of " Polyalk Fixoprime"or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1:5 to existing r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and e/f substrates complete as directed Providing and applying "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names,Polymer modified cement mortar in Required proportion(1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing,curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

FILLING AND REINSTATING OF SEPARATION CRACKS

(a) FILLING AND REINSTATING OF SEPARATION CRACKS Opening the Separation cracks at the Junction of RCC and Masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2" to 3" from the either side of the cracks by carefully marking the areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully Chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete Substrata and masonry wall with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the Consultant as instructed and directed.

(b) moistening the cracks, providing and applying primary/ bonding coat of slurry made of Polyalk EP and cedment (or equivalent as specified in the list of Brand names) in proportion 1:1 top surface prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/ Grooves by providing and applying "polyalk EP" polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalant as specified in the list of Brand names) in proportion of 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/quart/sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing in the level with existing plaster incl hand packing curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/ punch etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling holes of required size upto 16mm Diameter and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed.

Providing and fixing 12mm diameter aluminium/PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed & Providing and injecting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of 'Fosroc' at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and usng suitable mechanical gun/pump including mixing etc complete.

Providing &fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 4" to 6" length in columns before jacketing Micro concreting as per Consultants instructions and directions.

Providing,cutting,bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in postion steel reinforcement of specified required sizes and shapes in the form or main rebars, stirrups & rings,distrubtion rebars tec.and tying them to shear connectors using GI Binding wire.The additional rebars should be coted with TWO coats including Anti Corrosive protective coating &dry sand to be sprinkles on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires,providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete as specified and instructed by the Consultants.

Providing and laving super fluid Micro concrete -Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the list of Brand names) in beam bottoms, columns,slab etc including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates waterproof ply wood/steel plate shuttering,pouring, temping, Consolidating, curing etc complete as per Manufacture's specification and Consultants instructions. The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete.

Providing and laying in slabs,beams,pardise,RCC wall etc position of RCC M-25 design mix grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying and the cost of centering,shuttering form work,finishing and excluding reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in charge. The Mix design as per particular specifications shall be got approved by Enginner -in charge before execution of the item. The rate shall include cost of all specified materials and operations at all levels and heights,including the cost of centering ,shuttering and form work excluding reinforcement which shall be paid under relevent item (Note:- Cement content considered in this item @ 300 kg/cum as per IS 456 table showing minimum cement content.No extra will be paid nor any amount will recovered on account of variation of cement in mix design as per specifications for controlled

Glass fiber Wrapping system : Provision &laying applying Glass Fiber sheet wrap at structural members including .surface preparation: Grinding/ Moulding concrete substrate ,cleaning it with wire brush,removing oil, laitance if present,rounding sharp edges to min 25mm radius etc,complete. Profiling :Applying PRIMER on prepared substrate,filling holes and uneven surface with PUTTY etc, complete. Wrapping the Glass fibre wrap to voids etc. Repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with interval of 8 hours. Sand pasting:Applying saturant,rectify air voids if any ,paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes.(Mode of Measurement:Per Sq.Mt of fiber consume and not application and not application of surface area.)

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkat or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm each (w/o taking off shutters from the frame ) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. Complete all as specified and as directed (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured lor payment purpose.) Area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down ceiling fan1200/1400 mm sweep of any make from its existing position after disconnecting of electric connection for carrying out repairs including servicing, overhauling, greasing etc after cleaning the body internally and externally with cleaning agent including renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins, cater pins, coupling bolt, capacitor holder, terminal adapter, screws, nuts and washers etc and replacement of spare parts/accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, canopy top and bottom, shackle clip assembly, rewinding of fan motor, painting and including hanging/ fixing back in existing location and making cable connections and testing for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed. SCH’A’ PART III EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC ), heavy duty 77/63 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls,ceilings etc) from various locations after disconnecting all electrical connection completely all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 Sq mm,4 core,with aluminium conductor,ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified and as directed Note for item:- 1.Excavation,Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing / hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately. 2.Cost of glands,aluminium cable lugs with new nut, bolt and washers of required size/description are deemed to include in this rate.
