Maintenance of garden and misc civil works at BSNL Bhawan Pan Bazar Guwahati period 6 months

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:

(a) All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Shifting of available surplus excavated earth to a lead beyond 50 meter to any designated site near by using wheel barrow or small trolly vehicle all complete as directed by the engineer incharge excavated earth (excluding rock) .

Supply and stacking of good earth of approved quality from approved source for use garden . (earth measured in stacks or truck dimension will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking of dump manure from approved source of approved quality for use in garden . (manure measured in stacks or truck dimension will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Maintenance of existing garden including periodic Uprooting weeds from the area, trenching around existing plants and watering the same including disposal of uprooted vegetation, spreading of fertilizer and pesticide (when provided) or any other gardening related works. The work is to be done for 2 days of 8 hours shift per week and not less than 8 days per month.
