Amount

Supplying and Operating Tractor (Capacity not less than 30 HP) fitted with Heavy duty Flex Wing Rotary Slasher equipment on hourly basis throughout the currency of the contract as per instructed frequency and interval for clearing of rank vegetation, grass including brush wood, wild growth and saplings of all girths and heights measured above ground level complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. Note: 1. The quoted rates shall include the cost of skilled driver, fuel, operation, maintenance, breakdown charges, sundries etc. excl. GST. 2. A single day operation shall range from 04 - 06 Hours per day. 3. Suitable replacement shall be provided by the agency in case of breakdown of the tractor/equipment. 4. For the purpose of payment, only the net operational hours in the field shall be measured irrespective and exclusive of the idle hours/non-operation of the tractor.

Clearing rank vegetation and grass including brush wood, wild growth and saplings of all girths and heights measured above ground level using manual means (where work using tractor and machinary/ mechanical means not accessible/ possible) and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared as per frequency and interval as directed and complete to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note: 1. The height of the vegetation/grass after clearing/cutting should not be more than 100mm measured from the ground surface. 2. The rates shall include the cost of labour, tools, sundries etc.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means over areas filled up with heaps of earth and stones / debris/waste etc. (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including cutting, pushing the earth, dressing/ grading, transporting surplus earth in the area of excavation/filling etc. using mechanical means of dozer with excavator, motor grader, trcuk or any other suitable mechanical means including trimming bottom in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross-section. All activities to be carried out within the Airport premises with all lead and lift as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats)

Deploying unskilled labour with required tools and plants for miscellanoues day to day operations such as roof cleaning works, shifting works of offices/furniture etc., debris collection/picking and accumulation complete all as specified and directed and to the satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge. Note: 1. The indicative minimum wage of Rs. 736/- per day shall be applicable and bid of bidders quoting rates lesser than the mentioned minimum wages shall be summarily rejected. 2. The contractor shall be bound to pay the corresponding ESI/EPF as per statutory provision of GOI. The same shall be reimbursed as per actuals on production of documentary evidences of the same. 3. The contractor shall supply necessary T & P for required operation of work as and when instructed by the Engr-in-Charge.
