Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 03 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, in soft/loose soil, all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, all as specified.

Manually Cleaning of existing drain of any width and any depth from ground level by rodding or by any means and blowing water through pipe for efficient functioning of drain including manpower and allied infrastructure required for smooth functioning and operation and removing the waste material out of defence land , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in drains or manhole covers of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

S&F factory made RCC precast heavy duty drain covers 75mm thick with MS frame including reinforcement as per manufacture/ IS 12592, hot dip galvanized lifting hook for lifting overall cover, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter to rough finish of surfaces, all as specified.

M&L for steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binging with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified.

All as per item no. 21 above but 5mm dia and over and up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of 300 mm internal dia of Pipe, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 3 of 300mm bore of pipe, with one collar per length of pipes, laid in trenches and jointed specified including testing, complete all as specified.
