REPAIRS TO CERTAIN ROADS INCLUDING ROAD MARKING PAINT IN D, E ANDF SUB DEPOT AT CAD PULGAON

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and n exc 50 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size 7.50 cm thick) spead, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt stone aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing Unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over WBM at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-30, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 5 kg per 10 Sqm for receiving Bituminous Macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with binder content (paving bitumen) of 4% by weight of total mix and 1.5% cement filler all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-30) including premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (minimum) by weight of total mix (bitumen VG-30) and 2% cement filler rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. No extra payment will be given for filler material.

Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line roam marking of 150/100 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic modern propelles road marking machine as directd including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium corbonate inter filler thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying or glass beads etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only road stud 110 x128 x 29.5 mm alluminium alloy die casted dynamically designed to bear impact load upto 25 tonne and fixed with 2 Nos highly reflective reflectors and 2 Nos eye bolt each on both side complete including taking down olc one, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only solar stud 125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction solar powered by nionocrystal solar panel with rechargeable battery of type-l high capacity Ni-Cd with view distance of approximate 1000mtr LED - 10mm three pieces on each side are used for high brightness of different colour back up 12 hours of continuous lighting at night complete including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only road side flexwel delineator (Reflector) as per approved model of highly flexible material (restores back to their erect posture even after being hit by a speeding vehicle without damaging them) fitted with 100 mm PMMA reflector which emit excellent reflection during night time, overall height of the reflector shall be 1.1 metre and of reflector colour Amber, red or white including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only MS round pipe delineators with reflective tape made of ABS body fitted with 3 retro reflective bands 50 mm each on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti-theft steel, of height 1200 mm, diameter 75 mm including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Sr.No 11 to 14 :- These items will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing only.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for road side berms to required gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix for approved moorum/red bajari in road berms, spread in roads berms 100 mm spread thickness rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with light roller of capacity not less than 0.5 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point
