Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete.

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variationin profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

The pipe shall be of length upto 450mm basin including all P.V.C.fittings, like P.V.C bend etc and fixing the pipe with clamps on wall surface, all as per site requirement, . All complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia rigid PVC pipe as drain pipe near urinal basins. The pipe shall be fitted on the wall surface with necessary clamps at suitable intervals. Necessary diameter PVC "TEE" (REDUCER TEE) shall be fixed in this pipe line and arrangements shall be made such that the 32 mm dia waste pipe from the urinal basins shall be fixed properly in this 50 mm dia pipe ensuring proper draining. All complete and as per directions of the Engineer - in - charge. The 50 mm dia pipe shall be measured for payment and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Dismantling anodized aluminium partitions and other frames including proper numbering, loading and unloading and stacking by placing at the required place in the building premises etc. all operations complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (Area of partition is measured for payment)

Making and fixing anodized aluminum partitions for ventilators at all levels & heights using available materials powder coated aluminum sections , particle board, glass panels and snap on beading including fixing with rawl plug, screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners etc wherever required including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides wherever required etc, all operations complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (Aluminium partitions, particle board, glass, gaskets and snap beading will be supplied by BSNL at no cost). Area of aluminium partition making glass/boards is measured for payment.
