Earth work In excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50 mt in width or 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 mts and lift up to 1.50 mts as directed by Engineer- In-Charge as per HSR item No. 4.12.1 for all kind of soils including refilling and compection around structure.

Centering and shutterlng including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases of columns HSR Item No 6.29.1.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of Work in transite mixer for all leads having continuous agitated mixer manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including cost of curing admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability with out Imparing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for all works up to plinth level as per HSR item No 6.22.2.2 and note M-15 with 240 Kg cement / cum.

Providing and laying in position. machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement contents as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but exluding the cost of centering and stuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workablifty with out impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in- charge with cement contents 330 kg per cum for all works up to plinth level. HSR Item No 6.25.1 and note.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement contents as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but exluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workablilty with out impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-In- charge with cement contents 330 kg per cum for all works above plinth level up to floor iv level HSR Item no 6.25.2 and note.

Centering and shutterlng including strutting propping etc and removal of form work for columns, piers, abutments, posts and struts. HSR Item No 6.29.3.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc andremoval of form work for retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached plasters, butteresses, plinth and stering courses, fillets, kerbs and steps etc. HSR Item No 6.29.2.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies, and access platforms. HSR Item No 6.30.3.

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) as per HSR Item No. 15.6.1.

10 mm thick cement sand plaster 1:3 HSR Item No 11.4.2.

Providing weep holes in brick masonary / plain / reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls/ return walls with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of structure with slope of 1 V : 20 H towords drawing force. Complete as per drawing and MORT&H specifications. HSR Item No 27.15.

Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, placing in position and binding wastage, overlaps, welding joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc complete as per HSR Item No 6.33.6, 6.34.6 and note.

Back filling behind abutments, wing walls and return walls complete as per drawing and MORT&H specifications with sandy materials as per HSR item No. 27:16.2

Providing gate and gearing as per design and drawings.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete including paver block of M-35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibrator compection, of approved size design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15558-2006) and including 50 mm thick compected bed of course sand, filling the joints with sand etc. all complete as per direction Engineer- in- charge. HSR item No. 10.77.
