Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length ending, binding with annealed wire not less than mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge Tor Steel rods / HYSD bars / TMT bars (JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/SSL/BMASL/Electrosteel ) Fe 415 / Fe 500 / Fe500D , Conforms to IS : 1786 )

Making filter with well graded 40 mm down ballasts and laying uniformly behind weep holes, below pitching on bed, side slopes including supply and carriage of all materials to site including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm depth, where necessary and compacting with wooden malllet after laying to achieve designed section as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge (measurements will be on finished work / in stack after deducting necessary void).) Labour charge for dumping / laying of Laterite / Stone Boulders / Shingles / Brick Bats, from stack of worksite with all leads and lifts in water or spreading the same on the slope of the bank of River/Sea or the slope of the embankment or in the River/ Sea bed to an uniform thickness as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all accessories and other incidental charges. Cast in situ cement concrete blocks or lining units as per designed section and specification, in nominal mix proportion 1:1.5:3(corresponding to M20 grade)with well graded 20mm. down stone metal aggregate, laid in portion by casting in alternative panel or other wise to keep gap in 12 mm. between the adjacent unite over alayer of pollythene sheet of thickness not less then 100 micron to cast as a separator between the bottem surfaceof the block and sand cushion/ filter materials laid below the block,including dressing ramming, shuttering finishing the exposed surface by trowel without adding any aditional cement and sand morter, curing, and filling the gaps between the adjacent unite by the 5.6 mm. down coarse to by compacted properly, with the leads and lift including supply and carriage of all materials complete, without the cost of sand cushion filter.
