Dismantling & removing 2.5cm thick A.S. Flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling G.C.I. Sheet or A.C. Sheet roofing after carefully removing nuts & bolts including stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing Old lime or cement plaster including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling & removing Brick / Stone Masonry in C.M./L.M. upto 3.0m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying in layers, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Providing 2.5cm thick A.S. Flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying, punning, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles (60cm x 60cm: colour) in floors over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles (60cm x 60cm: colour) in dadoo in all floors over 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) on outside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in superstructure with cement mortar (1:6) using bricks of 23cm size, after immersing Bricks before use with watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing Big six or Trafford A.C. Sheet including fixing of ridges in Roofing including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour T&P,Cess for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying, fitting, fixing of all types of MS Door / Gates made of ISI marked standard MS Angles of approved thickness and quality of approved Manufacturers with all required iron and aluminum fittings, including mending to sizes supplying and fixing hinged cleats, sand blocks and fixing of oxidized iron or chromium plated iron aldrops, tower bolts, knobs or rings or handles, hinges, screws and other fittings, etc. complete as per requirement including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface over a coat of wall primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat with distemper to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
