M&L for Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of existing concrete including loose/weak concrete from the concrete structure i.e. beams/columns/deckslab etc upto beyond corroded steel reinforcements to a depth of minimum 10mm minimum behind the reinforcement by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting and removal of debris. Concrete around the corroded reinforcement shall be removed properly. The edges of the repair locations of concrete should be saw cut to depth of at least 10mm to avoid featheredging and to provide a square edge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. M&L for Preparation of surface and removal of rust in the loosely bonded concrete of the RCC deckslab, beam / girder and piles shall be chipped out using the mechanical cutter exposing the bars and applying Rust Remover using small brush and allow to react it for 16-24 hrs. Before applying protective coating,the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note :- The contractor Quoted rate should includes necessary scaffolding and form work both for new work as well as for protection of existing structure during rehabilitation , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of Anti-Corrosive Primer two component (epoxy anti-corrosive zinc rich coating) on reinforcement steel surfaces uniformely. Coating shall be applied by the brush to the exposed and cleaned rebars with an interval of 45 minutes to 1 hour @ 40microns DFT / coat and allowed to completely dry for 24 hours complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note :- The contractor Quoted rate should includes necessary scaffolding and form work both for new work as well as for protection of existing structure during rehabilitation.

M&L for Providing & executing injection/pressure grouting in the cracks in the parent concrete by fixing PVC/Aluminium nipples at 150mm to 200mm distance or specified distances as per design and detailed specifications. Pressure grouting using low viscous epoxy grout. Moisture insensitive epoxy resin injection material supplied in 1.5 Litre pack which can grout gaps ranging from 0.25mm to 9mm, having mix density 1060 Kg/m3, compressive strength 60 N/mm2, Tensile Strength 20 N/mm2, Flutural strength 45 N/mm2. Pressure grouting shall be carried out after surface preperations includes fixing nipples and filling cracks with epoxy mortar one day before grouting, injecting low viscous grout mechanically about pressure 3.5-7.0 Kg/Cm2, removing nipple after grouting and sealing with epoxy mortar etc complete as directed by Engr - in - Charge.Payment shall be made on actual grout consumed. Note :- The contractor Quoted rate should includes necessary scaffolding and form work both for new work as well as for protection of existing structure during rehabilitation.

M&L for Cutting, fabricating new reinforcement Fe500 and fixing with old existing reinforcement which was reduced to 20% or more of its original diameter as provided in original structure and additional steels as directed by EIC to be fixed with chemical anchor grout Lokfix E55 (Styrene free vinyl-ester resin based catridge system for anchoring reinforcement supplied in 300 ml catridge with a single mixer nozzle of Fosroc or equivalent approved make, application includes drilling hole close to old reinforcement bar with suitable drill as per dia of bar, cleaning the hole with wire brush and compressed air, putting Lokfix E55 or equivalent with gun followed by placing rebar with slide rotational motion to avoid air void formation etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by the Engr-in- Charge. Note :- The contractor Quoted rate should includes necessary scaffolding and form work both for new work as well as for protection of existing structure during rehabilitation.

M&L for Drilling holes into existing concrete substrate for anchoring of new rebars nwith 10mm dia shear connectors at 0.5 mtr c/c and fixed with chemical anchor Lokfix E55 or equivalent - Styrene free vinyl-ester resin based catridge system for anchoring reinforcement supplied in 300 ml catridge with a single mixer nozzle, shall be tested in accordance European approval to EAD-33087-00-0601 for use in post-installed rebar, which supersedes ETAG 001 TR 023 (rebar), LEED compliant VOC Level, Fire resistance<120mins, Seismic C1 testing as part of EAD 330499-00-0601 for specific fastening sizes etc. Typical applications includes drilling hole 14mm dia and 90mm deep as per manufacturers recommendation, cleaning the hole with wire brush and compressed air, putting Lokfix E55 with gun followed by placing shear connector with slide rotational motion to avoid air void formation etc complete as directed by EIC. HSE Guidelines : Recommended to wear tight fitting, dust-resistant, chemical splash goggles if airborne dust is generated, Wear protective gloves. M&L for providing 50mm thick (average thickness) modified single component, alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar on concrete structure. Applying the mortar arround the reinforcement and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed by the Engr-in- Charge. (b) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of APP membranE. Note : - 02 run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and 01 run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing cable tray 200mm wide x 50 mm deep with coupler plates, hot dip galvanised with standard slot pattern thick duly pre-treated with hot dip galvanising in seven tank process, perforated type including provision of fixing arrangement, nuts & bolts etc for proper securing to walls/beams or suspended from ceiling or along with road with mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundation,complete all as specified and directed.
