Supplying and fixing in position of 25mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board confirming to IS: 1838 of make STP Ltd., (Shalitex) or other approved equivalent make including cost of primer, sealing compound in expansion joint, fixing in position etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.
Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding Steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).
Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works.
Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel gate / Grill door / Balcony grills of required pattern and size comprising of MS square bars, MS flats, MS angles, etc., including cutting, bending, welding, fixing at door jamb / wall by embedding the holdfasts with CC 1:3:6 (or) providing and welding the hinges over EP's (or) fixing with anchor fasteners, plastering the damaged wall surface, finishing smooth to match with existing surface, painting the steel surface with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, providing locking arrangements like aldrop, tower bolt, pad lock, etc., all complete as per specification. [Note: Rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangement if any required, providing locking arrangements and fixing. Only weight of steel will be measured for payment purpose. Rate for EP's and anchor fasteners if any required will be paid for separately under relevant item.]
Supplying, fabricating and fixing Structural Steel work in built up sections for gate, handrailing, trusses and framed work at all lifts comprising square / rectangular / Tubular hollow sections conforming to relevant IS standard of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to required shape for curved profile, hoisting, fixing in position at all lifts, embedding with cement concrete, painting the exposed faces with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist, concrete embedment's and foundation bolts for fixing the steel works.]
Labour charges for reconditioning existing MS Grills to size of 3.10 x 1.50m using retrieved grill materials including cutting, welding, bending to shape and fixing to position at compound walls within a lead of 2 Km etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer - In- charge. (Note:- Retrieved MS grill of size (2.0 x 1.50m) will be issued by department at free of cost.)
Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry in foundation and plinth using retrieved RR stone from dismantled RR masonry in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including collecting, cleaning the old mortar from retrived stone, providing bond stones of 2 Nos/Sq.m at 1.5 to 1.8 Mtrs apart, raking out joints, sunk/flush points in CM 1:3, curing, etc., all as per standard specification. (Note:- Required quantity of RR stone will be supplied by department at free of cost).
Providing and laying Dry stone pitching of 230mm thick for revetment using retrived RR stone including collecting, cleaning the old mortar from retrived stone, laying pitching to the required grade and slope, packing and filling the intersects, watering, compaction, Flush / sunk pointing the joints with CM 1:3, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Required quantity of RR stone will be supplied by department at free of cost).
Providing and laying coping on top of RR masonry in CM 1:4, 40mm thick and fixing with broken glass pieces including grouting with cement slurry curing scaffolding, etc., complete.
Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuous curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its external faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]
Providing Raised Cement Mortar bands with plain cement mortar 1:3 for elevational purpose over parapet, sunshade, RCC drop, etc., at all levels including hacking pock marking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary, etc., all complete as per drawing & specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster/plain plaster with Two Coats of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof) / Berger (Weather coat smooth) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications.
Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.
Painting all types of metal surface with Two coats of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint over existing MS grills including preparation of surfaces, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying two coats of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying laying and jointing of RCC hume pipes with collars of class NP-2 as per IS specifications including aligning to proper level and line as directed at site, jointing with Cement Mortar 1:2, curing,etc., complete as per specification.

Providing temporary barricade of 2.0 Mtr height for compound wall using 40mm dia. GI pipes and 0.2mm thick GI sheet including excavation, fixing the vertical pipe at required intervals @ 3Mtr c/c, providing horizontal pipe at bottom, middle and top, tieing the pipe using MS clamp/ cup lock, fixing the sheet using binding wire or suitable 'J' bolts, removing the barricade after the required period, shifting barricade from one location to another location as many as times as required, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1) Elevation area of barricade shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of barricade at one location. 2) The cost of GI pipe, GI sheet, labour, clamps etc., shall be borne by the contractor.
Labour charges for removing existing MS grills of size 2.0 x 1.50m from the Brick pillars without damaging the MS Grill including stacked the grill retrieved condition etc., All complete as per directed Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) for Sub-base and base course conforming to clause 406 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) using 53mm downgraded stone aggregate including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate, premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/motor grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc., all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1 grade conforming to IS 8887) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 Kg/Sq.m using mechanical bitumen distributor, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.
Supplying and spraying of Tack coat using bituminous emulsion (RS conforming to IS 8887) at the rate of 0.25 Kgs. per Sq.m. on the prepared granular surface including cleaning with wire brushes, small pick axes sweeping with brooms or soft brush and finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment all complete as per specification and as directed.
Providing and laying of Bituminous Macadam layer conforming to clause 504 (Grading II) of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) using VG30 grade bitumen with minimum bitumen content of 3.4 % by mass of total mix, including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, bitumen etc., preheating and mixing at hot mix plant, cleaning of the road surface before laying the mix, application of tack coat, carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper, laying the hot premixed material with paver finisher, rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface and to achieve the desired compaction, including running expenses of all plants and machineries and proper traffic control during execution, quality control tests at required interval, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: - 1) Cleaning the road surface shall be carried out with wire brush, sweeping with mechanical broom and dusting by using compressed air as per specifications. 2) Cost of Tack coat will be paid for separately under relevant item. 3) Pre-heating of the mineral aggregate and bitumen to the specified temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content as per mix design shall be carried out at hot mix plant of specified capacity as per MORT&H Specifications. 4) Carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved means to laying site. Laying the hot premixed material over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber.
Grading-II (19 mm nominal size) for 50-75mm Layer thick
Filling with available brick masonry debris, obtained from site, at various locations within the township, for foundation side filling, road formation base course, etc., in layers not exceeding 200 mm thickness, including ramming, watering, consolidating each layer, levelling and dressing the top surface, with lead up to 2 km and lift up to 1.5 m, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Disposal of surplus excavated earth / RR Masonry annd all debris by collecting, loading, transporting by mechanical means and unloading them at places as shown by the Department within a lead specified below and levelling, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.
