Providing and laying / fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified the manufactures ) of Ist quality conforming to IS : 13755 of NITCO . ORIENT, KAJARIA, SOMANY in colour shades except white , ivory , Grey , Fume red , Brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand ) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete.(including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS; 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour , shades except begundy , bottle green, black of any size as approved by Enginers- in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Providing & fixing Ist quality PVC panelling having wt. of sheet not less than 4.50 kg/ sqm (8 mm thick)

Distempering with Ist quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade /colour complete as per manufacturer's specifications.Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. Wood work.

Painting with ready mixed with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New steel work ( two or more coats)

Wring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FIRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit , with modular switch, Modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FIRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cableetc. as required. Wiring for light / power plug with 2x4 sq.mm FIRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No..4 sq. mm FIRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate and switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc, as required.
