Excavation in trenches not. exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc drain, manhole, laying of cable / pipe not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 , flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing HT XLPE cable insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip/wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts, Earthed grade of size 120 sqmm 3.0 core, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work, Cable protection, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit indoor type for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core , cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit outdoor type for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core , cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories all as specified and directed.

M & L for 80mm bore galvanised steel tubing, light grade, for cable protection, ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in trenches / floors, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing HT cable route indicator made out of standard cast iron body firmly mounted on angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm & 750mm long along HT cable trench including embedding of route indicator in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 15cmx15cmX30cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for horizontal boring for 100mm bore GI pipe under road, pavement, hard standing at 0.9m to 1.5 m depth from top of road level and insert 100mm medium GI with all necessary fittings and without any damage of road/pavement/hard standing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary earth work shall be carried out and the cost for the same shall be included in the rate quoted for this item.

S&F Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members (Exceeding 4 Kg/sqm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepration of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, noising to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilled, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O of Fe 310-O), complete all as specified and directed.

(p) Manual operation of Load Break switch should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU. (q) Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable. (r) The Cable termination of RMU should be front accessible only. And minimum 3 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site. (s) PCC 1 :2:4. type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of RMU as per recommendations of manufacturers of directed by EIC. (t) Note :- Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning of the RMU system shall be included in the items and are covered against the quoted rate.
