Taking down carefully surface aluminium or copper point wiring with PVC casing-caping or conduit (light, fan, socket, bell or power) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets etc and making good disturbed surfaces even and smooth using CM 1:3 including white/colour wash to match the existing surface complete.
