Taking down carefully existing aluminium/copper point wiring light, fan socket or power bell complete with fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendants batten holders regulators socket, call bells and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls, matching the colour with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down unserviceable main switches and MCB distribution boards single phase complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade FRLS insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor cable multi stranded of size 1.5 Sqmm single core including PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade of suitable size (not less than 20mm dia) with all accessories such as bend reducers /MS hooks, MS junction boxes 2mm thick galvanized steel pressed sunken terminal boxes of suitable sizes for mounting of switches sockets, fan regulators etc covered with 2.8mm thick plastic laminate (Hylem/Anchor) top cover sheet of required colour fixed with brass screws and cup washers, painting terminal boxes inside and outside with one coat of red oxide primer including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC strandedcopper conductor unsheathed, insulated stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth point dolly for One light point/call bell point/fan point to be controlled by one number one way PT switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 3 here in before but switch socket combination 5 Pin 5 Amps 230 Volts point controlled by one switch and wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated earth wire on independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L in replacement of Sub main wiring with two single core PVC FRLS insulated stranded copper conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm and PVC insulated FRLS-copper wire 10 sqmm for continuous earth wire drawn into existing concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate vertically to a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connection to and including 4mm dia (8 SWG) GI earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers, thimble etc to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of GI bolts & nuts etc, connecting to LT panel wlith provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia (medium grade) excavation and earth work, returning , filling, ramming and removing of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr, make good to match with existing surface and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for checking and locating faults of light/power circuits and defective electrical light/ fan/ bell/ socket outlet 5 Amps and 15 Amps for continuous electric supply or broken neutral system, rectify the same, tightening of loose wire/circuit by using the same old wire or by using new wire up to 1.00 metre length and similar petty work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : 1. Switches, socket, modular switch/ sockets, fan regulator, long ladder, tube light, ceiling rose, bulk head fittings, security lights, DB SPN 8 way & DB TPN 4 way, MCB SP, MCB SPN, TM junction box, mounted sheet and condensor etc shall be measued and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. 2. Wire used more than 1 mtr length shall be measured and paid separately under respecitve item of BOQ.
