Cement Concrete 1:4:8 one cement, four Crusser Stone sand and eight hard broken stone) using 40mm ISS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally at the departmental section stores and the cost will be recovered at the rates noted in the special conditions appended and conveyance of the same from departmental section stores to the actual worksport and handing charges at each and including cost of from work mix concrete laying compacting and watering curing concrete including all leads for good soft, potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tolls and plats and all other incidental charges such as balling out water forming protective bunds providing coffer dams etc., complete as directed by the Engineer Table I of IS 2116-1980
Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
