Servicing/Overhauling of 1000 KVA bharat bijlee make transformer No 1 at Mandawali SPS. with following spares:+B13:B25 including all the required safety measures as per the guide lines issued by NHRC / NGT etc. and all the required works ,materials, arrangements , tools & tackles , workmanship , etc. and as per the site requirement , re- modelling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect satisfactorily by carrying out the following works :-Dismantling of 11 / 0.4 KV power supply of transformer after draw out the VCB from the respective chambers by an expert person from HT panel & transformer

Dismantling the complete transformer. Removing the top cover, oil tank, silica jel breather and fins etc. lifting the core and coils from the transformer tank. Debrazing of connections, dismantling of old winding from the transformer core.

Cleaning of transformer core with DC 2 26

Rewinding of 11 KV HT winding limbs, removing the burnt winding. Providing the new DPC copper strips and making the new HT coils as per original. Fixing the coil in transformer core with proper HT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with HT insulation Varnishing the HT winding with Dr.Beck oil proof varnish and baking the same.

Re-insulation of 0.4 KV winding limbs, Annealing and cleaning the copper strips, Re insulation of copper strips with craft paper tape and making the coils as per original shape. Fixing the coils in transformer core with proper LT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with LT insulation varnishing the HT winding with Dr. Beck oil proof varnish and baking the same.

Fixing the core and coil in the transformer tank with safe and sound condition. Replacement of top cover gasket and insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage. Replacement of silica gel.

Repairing of tape changer

Repair of cooling fins, replacement of cooling fins gasket and oil seal for stopping the leakage

Filling of new transformer oil make savita

Dehydration & filtration of complete transformer oil and checking the die electric strength up to 50 KV at site as required

Complete cleaning and chemically washing of oily and muddy transformer body and painting of transformer with enamel paint

Assembling the complete transformer and installation the same and testing on load at site

Transformer lifting & lowering with the help of hydra and heavy loader labour
