Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 24 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling in of excavated any type soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil/materials to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregae) as in sub base etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in base of drains or channels complete all speciified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern confirming to IS 15658-2006 as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using Rubber moulded, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for filling gap at end of sides as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work finished even & smooth with using pigment in cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in saucer drain /surface channels and finishing complete all speciified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concret, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all speciified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of concrete (Kerb stone) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint/shade over a coat of white primer exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all specified and directed.

Material & laying of 150mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete with collars, with and including Concrete bed to drain pipes with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all speciified and directed.

S & F in 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3, laid and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete with collars, with and including Concrete bed to drain pipes with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all speciified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled with stone chipping, surface formed, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to re-quired gradient and camber complete all as specified.

M&L for 150 mm thick water bound macadam (WBM) (compacted thickness) with stones aggregates (granite/trap or basalt) in two layer each 75 mm thick of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm) for first layer and of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size) for second layer, spread watered, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate quoted against this item is for 150 mm water bound macadam)

M&L for Preparing of water bound macadam (WBM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10.00 Kg per 10 Sqm, lay of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing old bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and applying evenly a tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premixed Asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder con-tent by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade), mix in hot mix plant using design mix laid with self propelled mechanical pavers rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller to required complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bituminous premixed shall be mixed in hot mix plant and premixed carpet shall be mixed in hot mix plant and premixed carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical pavers (SPMP) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade(50-70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness) up to maximum 75mm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surface of road and applying thermo plastic paint on marking of 2.5 mm thicksingle coat a center line, stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern. Road marking of not exceeding 100 mm wide using hot mark thermoplastiv paint hot application) white or yellow by indineous modem propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredient such as binder, glass bends, titenium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillets etc. Thermoplastic requirment for glass bends shall be cofirming to BS-6086 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass bends etc. as per IRC-35 with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
