Supply & Laying Cable

Supply of following sizes Aluminium Armoured conductor XLPE insulated, PVC tape inner sheathed Cable for working voltage 1.1 KV grade & as per IS: 7098 (Part- I ) 1988 with up to date ammendments, complete etc as required.

Supply and Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

DISTRIBUTION BOARDS

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing cable End Box (Loose wire box) suitable for triple pole and neutral, sheet steel, Vertical MCB distribution boad, 415 V, on surface/recess, complete with testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63A rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (L&T or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing 63A rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 300 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63 A ( L&T or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 30 A, 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 30 A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SUPPLY OF LIGHT FIXTURES AND FANS

Note:- The model numbers specified below are only for references for the product requirement. The product supplied, must match the technical specifications. The technical data sheets shall be arranged for taking approval from AAI before dispatch of material.

Supply of recessed/surface type LED downlighter 15 Watt with powder coated die-cast aluminium housing and LEDs of approved make fixed on diecast housing and high eficiency diffuser. Specially designed flat opal diffuser fixed to housing with engg. Plastic front cover, Driver instaled on cast aluminium housing or externally and rewired upto the terminal block. It has a system lumen output not less than 1200 lumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 100Im/W and lumen maintainence of 70% at the end of 50000 burning hours with contant curent driver output, operating range 150 V - 270 V, 50 Hz AC supply, CCT of 5700K - 6500K with PF>0.95 and THD must be <10% & surge protection of >2.5 kv. The luminaire is IP 20 protected. LM 79 report to be submitted for luminaire from NABL accrediated lab and LM 80 for LED source issued by LED manufacture. LED shall have reverse polarity, open and short circuit protection.

Supply of 600mm X 600mm recess Mounted LED 36 Watt fixture with CRCA powder coated housing, high efficiency diffuser complete with electronic ballast, PF > 0.95, THD < 10% & surge protection of > 2.5 kv, lumen maintainence of 70 % at the end of 50000 buring hours, having lumen output not less than 3200 Lumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 125 Lumens/watt with CRI > 80, operating range 150 V - 270 V, 50Hz AC Supply, CCT 5700K-6500K. The luminaire is IP 20 protected. LM 79 report to be submitted for luminaire from NABL accrediated lab and LM 80 for LED source issued by LED manufacture. Supply of 5 star rated 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan, ISI marked, along with copper wound stator, blades, capacitor, downrod etc.with regulator complete as required.

Supply of 5 star rated 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan, ISI marked, along with copper wound stator, blades, capacitor, downrod etc.with regulator complete as required.

Supply of 300mm dia sweep metal body, 900 + 1% RPM heavy Exhaust fan with guard and mounting arrangement. (Make: CROMPTON EXHD300-6-1/HAVELLS Turbo Force SP 300mm or equivalent).

INSTALLATIONS OF LIGHT FIXTURES AND FANS

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fitting of all types and wattages, complete with all accessories etc. from false ceiling including GI chain/clutch wire support from slab/truss or directly hanged from truss and including connections with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan upto 450 mm sweep in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

EARTHING SYSTEM

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

LT PANELS

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of outdoor type cubical panel with suitable slope on top, double door front opening made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, Gland plate shall be 3mm thick, totally enclosed with IP 54 protection, dust and vermin proof, compartmentalized with powder quoted painting on suitable cement concrete foundation made up of 1 : 2: 4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Grade Stone agreegate 20 mm nominal size) including wiring, inter connections, earthing etc. as required and shall consist of the following switchgear and accessories:-

Incomer: 2 Nos. 200 A, 25 kA, FP, MCCB, Ics=100% Icu, Thermal Magnetic release variable range, with extended rotary handle and all accessories including providing spreader terminals and auxiliary contacts.

Instruments: 1 sets of digital multifunction meter for 3 phase, 4 wire operation alongwith 3 Nos. suitable range CTs and control MCB's.

3 Ph phase indicating lamps of LED type for RYB and breaker 'ON', 'OFF' indication with control MCB for individual lamp.

Bus Bar: 1 set of 300 Amps FP bus bar of high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminium alloy.

Outgoings:

(i) 6 Nos. FP MCCB 32 Amps, directly connected to bus bar in separate compartment. (ii) 1 No. Contactor timer arrangement consisting of 25 A 4 pole contactor, 24 Hrs. Electro mechanical time switch and 32 Amps FP MCB i/c providing 3 point toggle switch on the compartment door and 2 Nos. ON/OFF LED Indication Lamps with control MCB for individual lamp.

Air-Conditioning

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 4 TR capacity Floor standing type Air Conditioning Unit with remote operation having air cooled condensor, remote operation, compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/R-410a, suitable for 415 V, 50Hz, A.C supply etc. including installing the outdoor unit at a suitable location by providing wall mounting brackets/PCC foundation for outdoor unit etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, testing and Commssioning of following 5 Star, Air-conditioner with remote operation having air cooled condensor, remote operation, compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/R-410a, suitable for 230 V, 50Hz, A.C supply etc. including installing the outdoor unit at a suitable location by providing wall mounting brackets/PCC foundation for outdoor unit etc. complete as required.

Providing & fixing of Copper Refrigerant piping, Control Cable suitable for R-32/R-410a (Supply and return) refrigerant with insulation tubing as per the manufacturer's standard size suitable for following Split type air conditioners complete as required. (Measurement of 1 running mtr. shall include both supply & return Cu. Piping with insulation beyond length supplied by OEM with AC unit).

Supply of 225L refrigerator BEE 5 star rating suitable for operation on 230V single Phase AC supply complete as required.

SITC of Water cooler of Storage capacity 80 litre with inbuilt Water Purification system having stainless steel body suitable for operation on 230V single Phase AC supply complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of matt finish, 304 grade stainless steel automatic, touch free infrared type wall mounting hand dryer suitable for 230V, 50Hz 1PH supply as required.
