Supply, Installation , Testing and commissioning of 10 KWp On/Off-Grid Solar system comprising mono crystalline PV Panel 400Wp x 25 Nos (or nearest size suitable for 10 KW supply) mounting on FRP structure with tilt angle of 15-20 degree for maximum absorptionof sun light lead acid battery 12V x200 Ah (10 Nos ) sutiable for three phase pure sine wave solar Hybrid inverter 10 KW with charging option from solar and Grid/DG as per avaliability inclusive of transportation ,solar batteries 200Ah and array junction box, ballast type module mounting structure,insurance, five year AMC and CMC including taxes all as per MNRE Policy all as specified and as directed.the following items are included in this solar powere sysem :-

M&L for PCC work type C1, mixing ratio 1:3:6 using 20mm gradded aggregate complete including form work for GI mounting structures permanently on roof of double storey bldg all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Ladder and transportation of materials to roof top are included in quoted price.

S&F monkey guard PVC spikes having angular spikes, translusent, suitable to tie in GI frame, GI pipes, fixed on wall etc around the panles to the full length of perimeter , on the border post, corner structures etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm burried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25mtr below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanised iron or steel and connected to bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pre-cast MS sheet cover 30cmx30cmx3.15mm thick with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, MS funnel for watering, charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation works in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed as per plate No 3 of MEs Sch Pt-I all as specified and as directed.
