Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for fly ash brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering in Cement Mortar 15mm thick in two coats, i.e, in Cement Mortar 1:4, 5mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions over in Cement Mortar 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and fair externally all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or stone masnory in Cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles of grade B-II(a), 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), light coloured group, area of each tile exceeding 0.18Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, laid in floors of pattern as approved over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windw-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement under (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixure of pigment to match with shade or granite including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes and rounding edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles of grade B-I (a),9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors of pattern as approved over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm using Broken stone or boulders, deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C1, 75mm thick (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) laid to a slope of 1:20 as in plinth protection / foot path etc., finished the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement including providing 12mm wide and 50mm deep joint at a distance not exceeding 2.5 Metre and at corners and the joints shall be filled with mastic filling of bitumen 85/25 and the sand in the ratio 1:2 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix powder coated aluminium ventilator with frame and shutters, having thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron and colour as approved by GE, half fixed and half louvered type without sash bar using aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/Rm including 4 mm thick frosted shet glass, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: [a] The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of sheet glass, louver glass, builders hardwares and all other connected accessories. Material and labour for 15 mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed in walls, ceilings, and floors etc. with all necessary fittings compete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed in walls, ceilings, and floors etc. with all necessary fittings compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Bib tap long body, 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle confirming to IS screwed down, screwed for iron pipes or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new undecorated plastered surface of walls, applying 1.5 mm thick Wall Care Putty in two or more coats including cleaning the wall surface with the help of sand paper, putty blade or with wire brush and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade over one coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium powder coated Door with frame and shutters using aluminium section weighing not less than 0.62 Kg/RM for frame work and 0.55 Kg/RM for shutters, without sash bars including three 12mm thick prelaminated particle board panel at bottom and, glazed panel with 5.0 mm thick sheet glass on top fixed with aluminium powder coated glazing clips and rubber neoprene packing, handle 2 Nos in each shutter, hinges, fixed with necessary jointing cleats powder coated aluminium snap beads, screws, floor stoppers, required builders hardware etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:Measurement shall be the size of opening and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of Aluminium sections for frames, shutters, jonting cleats, sheet glass and prelaminateed particle boards, glazing clips, builders hardware etc.

Supply and Fix Aluminium powder coated curtain rods of 19mm diameter with wall thickness not less than 1.5mm for windows, doors opening etc. including rings @ 10Nos per RM fixed with PVC rawl plugs & steel screws as complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
