Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing of Zebra blinds of approved colour made from 100% polyester yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure complete opaquely with zero light transmittance having width of 280cm and weight of 148g/sqm +5% and fabric repeat size having solid 13.5cm +5% and mesh 9cm+5% conforming to relevant IS parameters (Hunter Douglas / Johnson / Hillarys / Vista / marvel) including all fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per design and make approved by engineer in charge (Complete job).

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
