Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) complete, fitting such as switches ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, Sockets etc removing unserviceable materials at site and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster and applying white / colour wash / OBD / CBP as per existing at site as required of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Inspection and carrying out B-Checks of DG Set Once in 300 Hours of run or 6 months whichever is earlier installed at various locations by representative / authorised Service Engineer of OEM of the DG Set including inspection, maintenance, changing lub oil filters, fuel filters, by pass filter and water filter and servicing of DG Set including Alternator, Non AMF / AMF Panels connected to DG Sets for routine check-up including routine / preventive maintenance checks, checking up of engine and alternator for the smooth functioning as per the Manufacturer’s instructions including checking of Engine Oil Level, Draining Sediments from Fuel Tank, checking of Pre Cleaner Dust Pan, Air Cleaner Restriction, Coolant Level, Recording Oil Pressure, Checking / Tightening of all Bolts / Nuts of Engine and Alternator, checking of AVM Pads, Diaphragm Coupling, Air Piping, check / adjust Belts, checking Battery Voltage, Water Level and checking Fan Hub / Air Blower Hub and Water Pumps, cleaning of electrical connections, checking of safety controls, cleaning of Engine including cleaning of Air Filter, Corrosion Inhibitor, O Ring, Gaskets, Screws etc. and draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including tightening of all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as detoriated clamp, screws, washers etc., cleaning of Roof, Floor of the DG Set Room complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The B Check includes carrying out preventive maintenance including replacing minor unserviceable / worn out spares to keep the DG set for trouble free functioning. The rate quoted is deemed to be including all the minor spares such as screws, clips,washers, distilled water, electrolyte, etc. All other spares , engine oil will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant items of this schedule, Contractor has to attend the break down at any time and place during the contract period. General maintenance is indicative only contractor has to carryout other necessary maintenance task also as required and directed by Engineer in Charge.

After cleaning, the leaking tubes and radiator body shall be repaired with soldering and brazing in sufficient size and re-assembling complete in unique shape all as directed. The radiator of DG set shall be suitably fixed by means of nuts, bolts, washers and packing, etc. as required

S & fixing in replacement of alternator terminal connector in 100 KVA by taking out the burnt connector from alternator, checking cable lugs and connecting in the new terminal and tightening and testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for taking down stator assembly of alternator by disconnecting electrically and mechanically taking to work shop for rewinding incl removing burnt coils, insulating material complete cleaning with CTC and rewinding with same gauge ISI marked winding wire complete with insulating paper and Dr Beck varnish baking / heating and bringing back to installatin refixing , connecting elecrtically and mechanically and testing on completion of work complete all as directed for DG set of capacity 62.5/82.5/125 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking out the existing mono block / centrifugal type pump set capacity of 15 HP, by disconnecting suction and delivery pipe lines of pump set , separate the motor from the pump, removing the burnt out winding from the slot cleaning the stator and rotor with CTC and smooth sand paper and rewinding the motor with suitable gauge of size with super enameled copper conductor and insulating by using class 'B' insulation keeping for drying, connecting electric connection, testing and commissioning to its satisfactory complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement pump set coupling guard made out of 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of signal red synthetic enamel paint and replacement of old rusted nut bolts etc complete all as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of flanged Cast iron Non return valve ISI synthetic ball type, cast iron body, PN1.6, size of 100 mm dia confirming with IS provision of 3mm thick rubber gasket on both sides of the flanges, bolts and nuts complete including dismantling of unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
