Cover is fixed to the housing by means of 2 nos. bolt with engineering plastic head with Epoxy powder coated white after phosphochromate complete in all recpect and other accessories etc as required. Supply of Recess mounted LED downlighter with system wattage 15-24 W and system lumen 1125 lm-2400 lm. The luminaire efficiency shall be >140 lm/W. The luminaire shall be 3000K-5700K color temperature and having 50000 burning hours life. CRI should be greater than 80, housing should be die-cast aluminium heat sink & PC diffuser in white powder coated finish with integrated driver with life of 50000 hrs power factor > 0.9 of the inout voltage tolerance shall be 140-270 volt AC complete in all recpect including LED and other accessories etc as required.(Model no. :PLANO2X2PLR24WLED857S) or equivalent.

Supply of surface / wall mounted 65-70W LED IP 66 luminaire made of Die-cast aluminium housing (heat sink) for efficient thermal management, sturdiness & corrosion resistant of size of 309mm x 346mm x 60mm having tolerance +5 mm. The luminaire shall be able to deliver a system lumen of >7000 lumens. The CCT shall be 5700K, operating temperature -10° C to +45° C, operating voltage 140 V-300 V, Lumen efficacy of LED >130 lm/W and viewing angle of 120°. The electronic Powered by an integral, isolated electronic LED driver (SMPS based constant current supply) with lower THD, Output Open / Short Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage Protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13. Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection / terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box wih modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 25 A modular socket outlet and 25 A modular SP MCB, "C" curve including connections, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 16 A, 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63A , 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 5 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 63 A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SITC of 2 TR Ceiling mounted Cassete Type Air Conditioner Star rating with refrigerant gas, PVC drain pipe etc shall be fully factory assembled, wired, internally piped & tested with all accessories like IR module, remotes etc for units. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type LT panel, IP42, suitable for 415V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized modular design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having 4P aluminium alloy bus bars for high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit with stand capacity of 35 KA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections,

The entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main bus bar to switchgears and from switchgear output to cable termination in cable alley with required size of AL conductors / bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLS), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switchgears/accessories as per specifications. Panel shall be completed in all respect and must follow technical specification.

Additional neutral CT shall be considered for earth fault protection (with current adjustability). Differentiation of electrical fault (O/L & S/C) and earth fault shall be provided on panel door. Electrical fault trip indication shall be provided to diffrentiate Trip & electrical fault trip.

The entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main bus bar to switchgears and from switchgear output to cable termination in cable alley with required size of AL conductors / bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLS), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switchgears / accessories as per specifications. Panel shall be completed in all respect and must follow technical specification.

Additional neutral CT shall be considered for earth fault protection (with current adjustability). Differentiation of electrical fault (O/L & S/C) and earth fault shall be provided on panel door. Electrical fault trip indication shall be provided to diffrentiate Trip & electrical fault trip.

INCOMER

1 Nos.100 Amp,4P, Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (Ics = Icu = 25 KA) with thermal magnetic release with O/L , S/C & E/F protection with current adjustability , with extended rotary handle as per technical specification.2 Set Indication Lamps, LED type, for breaker 'ON' , 'OFF', 'TRIP' lamps with 2 Amp MCB for controlling.

Each Incomer shall have one set of the following Items:

1 No. Digital MFM meter and one set of 3 nos. CTs of ratio 125/5A , Class I accuracy and 10 VA burden- 1 set.

3 Nos.phase indicating LED lamps each with 2 amp back up MCB.

BUSBAR

4P aluminium bus bars of minimum 125 Amps capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c, SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 25 KA for 1 sec.

OUTGOING

32 Amp DP Miniature circuit breaker (Ics = Icu = 10 KA) and 1 No. digital energy meter as per specification- 8 Set

All incoming & outgoing MCCB shall be with adjustable O/L protection

All incomers and Buscoupler breakers shall be mechanical interlocked with suitable accessories.

All breakers breaking capacities shall be Icu=Ics upto 415 V.

Breaker ON,OFF & TRIP indication LED light with back up 2 Amp SP MCB for each Outgoing

1 Set Rotary operating mechanism and terminal extension spreaders for all the MCCBs.

Hire Charges for following Boom lift and Scissor lift including operator,transport up & down and fuel on Per Month basis (Excluding Sundays & Public holidays (26 days per month ) and operating 10 Hours Per day Including Lunch Break 1 Hour etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge
