S&F IN REPAIR new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of innovative die cast aluminium housing high power LED as lighting source with IP-65 power consumption 70/72watt with minimum 120lum/watt, complete input voltage of 150-240 Volt (nominal rated voltage 240 Volt) including pvc coated twisted copper cable 1.5 sqmm x 3 core through copper connectors from junction box to security lights, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in any type of soil, for laying of cable/pipes etc., including taking out old bricks and separating serviceable & unserviceable bricks, cleaning & stacking serviceable bricks for re-use, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil, as in any type of soil, complete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping etc including form work for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened with extruded PVC inner sheathed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable [heavy duty] of size 4.0core x 16.0Sqmm, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, suitable for earthed system with and including cable glands, ferrules and connected accessories, laid in trenches or ducts or through the pipe etc., including taking down old u/s cable, complete all as specified. Note: Necessary excavation & earth work, brick protection & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per Serial Item No. 07 here-in-before but for cable of size 4.0core x 10.0Sqmm.

S&F Corrugated HDPE pipe of 60mm bore dia for cable protection, confirming IS-14930 1 & 2, laid in trenches or fixed to the pole with necessary accessories, complete all as specified.
