Demolishing brick work, manually /by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead – in cement mortar.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead- nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix. (including equivalent design mix).

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work -by mechanical means – depth upto 3m (Ordinary soil)

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for pre measurement and spreading required thickness.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.5 metres ground/bed level

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.-All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4(1 cement :4 fine sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level precast reinforced cement concrete for drain cover slab of length varying from 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)on all faces of the slab but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5.3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C works including bending, binding and placing in position – Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe - 415 or more.

Reinforced cement concrete m-20mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Steel work welded in built up sections /framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required – in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
