WATERPROOFING TREATMENT: (i) Cleaning and housekeeping the rooms. (ii) Pressure grouting: Supply & application of Nozzle Pressure Grouting such as Providing Chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the old joints of rooms of 1mtr by 1mtr, by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture Chryso Excem C @ 225 gms or Cebex 100 per bag of cement or equivalent, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 8 mm dia. holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with Rendroc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug non-shrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc.(iii)Tiles corners and joints are groove cutting with hand cutting machine upto 4mm depth. (iv) Corners are cleaning and loose partials are remove use air blower. (v) Groove filling with epoxy chemical. (vi) Nahani drops are clean and applying chemicals because any small leakage or joint are close. (vii) Total tiles joints and corner are filling with epoxy chemicals. including all works etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge
