Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered)including cornices pillasters and other efflorescent salt and trading oil or greasy spots and applying white cement base putty in patch and one coat of white wash on walls surfaces to obtain uniform surfaces including scafolding arrangement, trestles, ladders etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per srl item No 01 above but applying one coat of white wash on old surfaces of ceiling , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces of (Plastered or unplastered) including cornices pillasters and other wall features by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distmpered and painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil Bound distemper white or tinted after filling of any depression by wall care putty including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders etc and cleaning of furniture and floors , doors/ windows all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc(in small patches and different location also) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry /concrete surfaces of walls including finished fair & even (in small patches and different location also) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10 mm thick in CM 1:6 in first layer and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 in second layer) on brick masonry /concrete surfaces of walls including finished fair & even without using extra cement (in small patches and different location also)Using WPC @3% by wt of cement for second layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth on ceiling,roof projection,chajja in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing of new plastered or un-decorated surfaces and applying three of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved tint upto two storey building, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjas,cornices etc and applying two coat of cement base paint upto two storey building including scaffloding arrangement and tint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 3 mm thick birla wall care putty on the new decorated/undecorated wall/ceiling surfaces incl preperation and to make the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparing of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synethic enamel paint on wooden surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Description all as per srl item No14 above but applying one coat of paint on steel on surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparing old painted brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of old surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint, all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L Writing letters or figures (Block.Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high by using of synthetic enamel paint including white enamal paint on base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors of 15mm bore all as specified.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc ) 15mm bore , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 20mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors of 20mm bore all as specified.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc ) 20mm bore , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunsheds shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed tubing or concealed conduit wiring ,etc and making good cutting not exc. 10cm girth in brick wall.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I 500 Ltrs Capacity including Dismantling water tanks & removing to store Make . Polycon/ syntex/Mehaai Polymers (Brand Polysafe) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I 1000 Ltrs Capacity including Dismantling water tanks & removing to store Make . Polycon/ syntex/Mehaai Polymers (Brand Polysafe) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repair 25mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks of capacity n. exc 500 ltr and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Non skid light coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc,confirming to IS: 15622 : 2006 grade B II (a) matt superior finish flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 as bedding layer for floor finishes. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Glazed ceramic tiles 450 mm x 350 mm x 7to8mm/ 350 mm x 250 mm x 7to8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
