Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick/concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete wall surfaces, finished even mixing with integral waterproofing compound (WPC) by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer and making the surfaces smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489.2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces of walls, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium frame work for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium powder coated window and ventilator glazed/gauged shutter sliding type without sash bars aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips rubber packing complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F for sheet glass, ordinary quality in squares n. exc. 0.50 sqm each pane 4mm thick, glazing with oil putty or glazing clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for aluminium DECO grill pf standard section, type 'A' diagonal, with U rail including necessary jointing cleats, screws, etc. fixed with frame etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving exc. 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc. 500m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS plates (plain or chequered) channels square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Mild steel bolts 20mm dia of neck, purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc. 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating Gl based corrugated steel (in arch Shape) 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, foxed with self tapping screws, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm Bore (dia) 'Light Grade' for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
