Earth work in Excavation in Trenches- Earth work in Excavation in trenches for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MoRT&H specification No. 301. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.)

Earth work in Construction of embankment- Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from site with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2. As per MoRT&H specification No. 305. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Earth work in Construction of embankment (Mechanical compaction only- Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per morth specification No. 305, (Mechanical Compaction Only). (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Scarifying of Bituminous Surface - Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. As per Morth Specification-305.4.3. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Granular Sub-Base with close Graded Material (Mix in place Method)- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepaire surface mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with smooth roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Morth specification 401. .(Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Wet Mix Macadam- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacitng with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per Morth Specification No. 406. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Pavement Quality Concrete - Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate no exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant debonding strip. dowel bar, tie tod,admixtures as approved, cuting compound, finishing to lines and grades per drawing. As per Morth Specification- 602. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Wet Mix Macadam (Stablized) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulstion (SS-2 Bulk) in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density. As per specification. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Bituminous Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rater of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Morth Specification Clause 503. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Bituminous Concrete 30 mm- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous (VG-30) binder @ 5.4% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

P.C.C. M-15 Grade- Plain cement concrete M15 in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

RCC Grade M20 - Reinforced cement concrete in Open Foundation complete as per drawing & Technical Specifications. (using concrete mixer) (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Brick masonery work- Brick masonery work in 1:3 in substructure complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and Technical specification. (as per specification 1300 & 2200, Sl.No.-13.1). (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Plastering Work - Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in substructure as per S.C.H. PWD Item No. 583. (Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).

Reinforcement Work- Supply fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications.(Rates are Including Royalty, Labour cess and other Taxes but excluding GST.).
