Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, cills, benching of manholes, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, levelling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use of formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete.

M&L for broken stone hardcore of guage exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L 150 mm thick PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in flooring and pavings, etc. finishing surfaces of concrete even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard/ dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250.

S&F mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 30 cm long and 12 mm dia of neck.

M&L mild steel bar 10 mm dia and cut to length, bend to shape fixing in flat angles with bolt.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

S&F 1 mm thick PVC coated chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75 mm x 75 mm, made of 4 mm dia MS galvanised wire, straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of GI wire binding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil or hard/ dense soil.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm

Supply and spreading clean, fine, dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable/ inside transformer yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply, lay and testing XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty LT UG electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 of cross- sectional area 3.50 core 120 Sqmm.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (each pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, including provision of galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipes medium grade for earth strip protection connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board, provision of 15 mm dia GI pipe perforated medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit. Cover with 6 No's 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways, including test terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze 75x75x25 mm and drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia, 25 mm long at hex head screw also necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of schedule Part-I 2009 all as specified, directed and testing on completion.

M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including PVC casing and capping with all fittings such as internal bend, end caps etc fixed on the surface of wall, ceiling, roof, steel structure etc. by means of suitable fixing accessories, with GI pressed steel / PVC box suitable for modular switches sunken boxes (with earth dolly) covered with logic modular PVC sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets etc including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for the following:- NOTE: - Switch and socket to be measured and paid for separately. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/ 6 Amps one way switch.
