Outsourcing for manning and operation of central type AC plant installed at Aero engine store BTF in technical area three shift per day (08 Hrs per shift) by skilled operator ITI qualified on this trade who can able to carryout daily routine maintenance & operation of the AC plant . The plant should be operated as per laid down procedure of maufacturer's instruction and PS clauses.The details of installed machinery at Aero engine store at BTF are as under:- (i) Water cooled chiller type unit 2 x 10 TR capacity (01 Nos working + 01 stand by) (ii) Double skin type floor mounted Air handling unit of capacity 3800 CFM Cfm capacity - 01 Nos (iii) LT cable from LT panel to AHU, LT panel to Chiller unit, LT panel to pump set , LT panel to cooling tower. (iv) cooling tower un-insulated draft type cooling tower of FRP complete with all accessories, basic, fittings,fan, fan motor etc (v) Chiller Pump monoblock type 3 HP - 02 Nos. (vi) 1.5 KW pan humidifier Note:- The following items are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (i) Contractor shall be responsible for uninterrupted operation of complete installation execpt in case of electric supply not available in the LT Panel board at AC Plant. (ii) T & P, stationary like logsheets, attendence register and all consumable items like cotton waste, insulation tape, gland packings,grease, broom reqiured will be provided by the tenderer. (ii) Uniform for operators on duty will be issued by the contractor. (iii) Cleaning of installation shall be the reponsibility of the contractor.

S & F in repairs and installation, testing and commissioning of Pressure Gauge (as per existing size/specification) complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs and installation, testing & commissioning of Auto Air Purge valve and Drain valve 15 mm bore Gun Metal for chilled water piping complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs and installation, testing & commissioning of Auto Air Purge valve and Drain valve 25 mm bore Gun Metal for chilled water piping complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs and installation, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Thermal Insulation for air duct with 13mm Nitrile Rubber complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs and installation of Electrical Strip Heater, finned type, capacity 3 KW consisting of stainless steel sheathing having heat resistant chrome-nickel 80/20 element protected under best insulation to avoid the leakage of current and with screwed type terminal at one end, 240 volts, AC, 50Hz, single phase complete with heater plenum for humidity control with Humidistat/Thermostat & safety thermostat with all necessary electric cabling complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs for under deck insulation with 25mm Nitrile rubber with 40-60 kg density (for AHU Room) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of PVC sheathed armoured power cable heavy duty withCopper conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross section area 10 Sqmm x 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of armoured power cable copper conductor cross section area 4 Sqmm x 2.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs humidifier heater of capacity 1.5 KW, and connecting wiring complete with humidiatestat suitable for Pan type humidifier complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for evcation of gas from the system, de-scaling the condenser unit, supply & circulating the descaling solution (hydrochloric acid) with pump, brushing the tubes and whereever required drilling the stubborn scaling without damaging the tubes, replacement gasket and unserviceable nuts & bolts assembling back complete testing for AC plant of capacity 2X10 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the upper sheet / side sheet of Cooling tower Cleaning, servicing of Chiller type AC Plant of any capacity / model / make for access to reserve water tank, cooling fan & cooling fins etc, M&L for washing/cleaning of cooling tower internally/ externally including cooling fins etc with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Refrigerant gasR-410(a)/407 (a) in company sealed cylender of capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Repair or servicing, greasing etc of Condenser & Chiller Pump of cap 3 HP after taking down and re-fixing the same at its existing location with proper alignment after replacing accessories as under: - (a) Gland bush , studs, nuts & washers (b) Ball bearing of pump set (c) Re-melting grinding and polishing of pump shaft as per existing size and shape complete. (d) Gland packing, greasing in pump bearings and making its proper alignment etc

M&O of Electrical sub station and water supply installation including attending day to day electric (HT/LT supply) & water supply complaints including maitenance of street lights for area located at Choutan Hill top round the clock in 3 shifits per day (8 hours per shift) by employing trainned man power , ITI qualified on this trade who can able to carryout daily routine maintenance & operation of the electric & water supply installation including attending daily complaints. (one Electrician cum plumber in each shift for 08 Hrs in three shifts). All the installed machinery to be operated as per laid down procedure of manufacturer's instruction and PS clauses. in additional to monitoring the central type Air cooled AC plant. The details of installed machinery at Choutan Hill top are as under :- (a) Transformer step down 11/0.433 KV, 315 KVA cap (b) VCB 250 MVA , 400 Amps (c) APFC panel with capacitor bank 50 KVAR - 1 Nos, 25 KVAR - 2, 10 KVAR-1,5 KVAR-2 Nos (d) Centrifugal Pump set monoblock type 20 mtr head with electric induction motor 2 HP - 1 No Make : Kirloskar brothers Ltd (e) DG Set 320 KVA capacity -01 (f) Voltage Stablizer 300 KVA - 1 (g) LT panel board consisting MCCBs, MCBs, Voltmeter & Ammeter- 1 No (h) Area street lights on steel tubler pole 9.0 mtr long - 70 Nos Note :- The following items are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the tenderer. (i) T&P, stationary like Log sheets & Attendence Registers and all consumable items like cotton waste, insulation tape, Gland packings, grease, broom required for operation & maintenace will be provided by the tenderer. (ii) Uniform for electrician & helper on duty will be issued by the tenderer. (iii) Cleaning of surrounding area & inside pump house/ transformer room shall be the resposibility of the tenderer. (iv) T & P like ladders, necessary tools for electrical/ plumbing work shall be arranged by the tenderer. All safety precautions to be taken by the tenderer for his men while working on HT/ LT electric supply.

Notes for all bidders in r/o item Ser No No 01, 02 and 17 (i) If the quoted amount is less than the estimate cost of work, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of Financial Bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contracts whenever applicable". (ii) Besides this the instructions regarding payments, the contractor/firms will have to make payment to their staff/employees by cheque or NEFT in their bank account & no payment shall be made to the contractor unless proof of payment of wages to work force is submitted by the contractor. (iii) In no case wages of deployed persons shall be less than the Minimum wages fixed by Govt Competent Authority. It is mandatory requirement for Contractor that payment of deployed person shall be made through Cheque/RTGS/Acceptable Electronic Mode only. Proof of payment shall be submitted by Contractor to Engineer in Charge monthly basis or during claiming on account of Advance (RAR)/FB. (iv) The Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions (EPF &Raj) Act, 1952. shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor. Social Security to workers i.e. EPF, ESIC, Personal Insurance(if applicable) on part of Employer shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate. (v) Statutory levies/GST if applicable on part of contracts shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.

M&L for overhauling GOD set by replacing stationary and moving contacts adjusting from ground level for smooth operation by replacing flexible copper strip. insulators, nuts, bolts, washer, GI pipe handle etc, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:- Stationary moving contact, post insulator, GI pipe and handle shall be measured & paid separaletly.

Supply and replace of post insulator 11 KV for GOD complete all as specified

Supply and replace of GOD handle with locking strip and insulation sleeve complete all as specified

M & L for preparing old surfaces of painted two pole structure including cross arms, channels, clamps etc by scrapping old paints and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
