Supply , Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site (including Head load) and erection 11/0.433kV, 3-phase Distribution Transformers with Bimetallic Terminal Connectors Energy Efficient Level-2, Copper wound 250kVA , and with LV Cable Box having detachable Aluminium Gland plate. Transformer should have arrangement for vertical Take off.

Supply , Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site (including Head load) and erection of 9 Mtr. Long Poles (ST-410, SP-33) with pit excavation, refilling the pit with soil, boulders as per REC standard.

Supply , Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site of 70 mm² AB (HT) Cable (3 x 70 + 1x95 mm²) XLPE(11 kV, 3C + Earth) as per REC standard.

Supply , Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site of LT Distribution Box for 250 kVA DTR 400 Amp MCCB 3P 36 kA for incomer & 200 Amp MCCB 3P 16 kA 1 No. and 160 Amp MCCB 3P 16 kA 2 No.s for Outgoing Circuits as per REC standard.

Supply , Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site of Heat Shrinkable Outdoor Cable Termination Kit as per REC standard.

Supply , Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site , Laying , stringing, tensioning and binding of 50 mm2 ACSR Conductor , including joints by PG clamps wherever required as per REC standard.

Cement bottoming of S T poles in 1:2:4 mix as per REC standard 0.5 cum/pole, muffing 20 cm above ground, including plaster and curing of concrete as per REC standard.

Supply and Painting of poles with one coat of redoxide and two coats of Aluminium paint of standard quality.

Supply and Erection of Galvanized stay set complete with 50 x 8 mm stay clamps, guy insulators 02 nos, anchor plate (200 x 200 x 6 mm), nut bolts ,02 No turn buckle ,1.8 m long, 16 mm dia solid GS rod & 7/3.15 mm dia G.I stranded wire complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Danger Plates with clamps with writing in English and Regional Language

Supply and fixing of anti-climbing GI Barbed wire binding with Clamps at a distance of 30 to 40 cm at a height of 3.5 to 4 m from ground level. At-least 3.5 kgs GI barbed wire(12 SWG) is to be used per pole for the purpose as per REC standard.

Supply and fixing of pole Earthing by G.I pipe 40 mm dia or G.I rod 20 mm , 2.5 mtr long through GI strip as per REC standard.

Supply , and fixing of Suspension/Tension Clamp with eye hook as per REC standard

Supply , and fixing of GI “V’ cross-arm (75x40x40x6)mm with Pole Top Bracket including back clamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket without making holes in the ST pole as per REC standard for single pole structure as per REC standard.

Supply and Fixing of GI channel Iron (100x50x50x6) 2725 mm Long GI channel Iron (75x40x40x6) 2718 mm Long ,GI Angle Iron Transformer Belt (50x50x6) 2705 mm Long ,GI channel Iron Base (75x40x40x6)425mm long ,Belt supporting Angle Iron (50x50x6)478 mm Long inluding Back clamps of Flat Iron (50x8)mm as per REC specification.

Supply & installation testing commissioning of 11 KV 3 -phase 3 pole , 200 Amps G.O AB Switch complete with all accessories as per REC standard

Supply and installation , testing ,commissioning of 11KV 3 - phase , 100 Amps D.O Fuse set (post insulator type) confirming to ISI specification

Supply and installation, testing ,commissioning of Gapless Surge Arrestor set (Stn. type) confirming to REC specification ,having rated voltage 9 Kv Rms , with discharge current of 10 K-amps with polymer/porcelain housing, Stn type.

Supply & fixing ,testing, commissioning of 11 KV Disc. Insulators 45 KN (Polymer) with fittings as per REC specification.

Supplying and fixing of 3 No. sub station earthing by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm, with earth pit excavation of dia 650 mm and depth 3000 mm and 4mm wall thickness and length 2.5 mtr long as per IS 1239 refilled with earth enhancement material and earth hamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover ,2.5 mtr long through GI Strip of 50X6 for neutral earthing and 25X3 mm for 2 transformer body earth, two no. pole earth, 1 no. LA Earth and 1 no. GO handle earth. (Note: For LA Earth 1 pipe shall be kept separate) as per REC standard.

Supply & installation ,testing , commissioning of 11 KV Pin Insulators (Polymer) with pins 5KN as per REC specifications.

Supply & laying, testing ,commissioning of 300 mm² XLPE LT Cable Single Core, un-armoured, FRLS

Supply and fixing 11 kV Isolator, Double Break,3-pole, 630Amp, horizontal mounting Type, with Earth Switch along with all accessories

Supply & fixing of GI nuts and bolts of sizes

Supply of Safety Glooves as per standard for 11Kv level (Handed over to Divisional Store)
