M & L for cleaning RCC underground sumps/ground level reserviours/ hill top reserviours of following capacities including mouths of connected pipes etc by dewatering the sumps by using a portable pumpset of suitable capacity, removing all sludge/mud/dirt etc manually, pouring fresh water in sump through another pumpset, rinsing and dewatering the sumps including removing sludge/dirt particle manually, wash the sump using fresh water mixed with sodium hypochlorite & drain out water by a pumpset and finally applying one coat of antibacterial sodium hypochlorite solution to inner surface & including cost of writing letters as "Tank cleaned on (____ Date)" using synthetic enamel paint out side the wall of RCC water tanks in prescribed format complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 9,00,000 litres at Amdalli Town ship (GLR)

(b) 3,00,000 litres at Amdalli Town ship (HTR)

S&F in repairs mild steel nuts & bolts, washer flange etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for topping up lubricating oil of grade 220 including removing old unserviceable oil all specified and directed. Make : Indian oil corporation Servo system -220 or equivalent in Bharat Petroleum or Hindustan Petroleum

Supply and filling grease for pump bearings, Make : Indian oil corporation Servogem-3 or equivalent in Bharat Petroleum or Hindustan Petroleum

M&L for preparation of existing painted surfaces of pressure sand filters, air compressors, motor, pump, water pipe lines etc at Amdalli town ship pump house under GE (SB) Karwar icluding filling of cavities etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint using spray gun/machine as per colour code including writing SM & MES No on pump & motor, indication marking etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repairs of new battery of 12 volts 65 AH battery all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs gland packing for pump of size 5 HP to 150 HP as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling electric motor of any make, 3 phase 415V, 1.5 HP capacity, transporting to workshop, strip opening the motor, cutting and removing burnt winding and rewinding using super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing winding including varnishing, insulated paper, sleeves tape etc & drying, replacement of ball bearings & bushes of existing size & make if reqd, re-assembling the motor, bring back to commissioning at original place/position, connecting with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified.

All as per item No 8 here-in-before but 7.5 HP capacity

M&L for overhauling of centrifugal pump sets / vertical turbine pumps 3 phase 415 volts of following capacities by opening up the pumpset, cleaning inside & out side thoroughly, including replacement of gland packing, rubber insertion, replacement of bearings - 2 Nos (DE/NDE) and testing complete all as specified and directed of following capacity :-

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

(c) 25 mm bore (Note for item No 21.01 to 21.03 : Fittings required shall be provided by the contractor. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same.

Laying only in new or old position in trenches GI tubing obtained from item No 20.01 to 20.03 here-in-before including cleaning of pipe including replacement of unserviceable fittings such as bends, elbwos, tees, sockets etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge of following size:-

a) 100 mm bore

b) 50 mm bore

c) 40 mm bore (Note for item No 22.01 to 22.03: 1. Fittings required shall be provided by the contractor. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same. 2. Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of sch'A').

Supply and fix in repairs ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium/stainless steel rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 25 mm bore (Minimum weight- 455 gms).

M&L for removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and cleaning tank by using sodium hyphochloride gel to remove bacteria etc including cost of writing letters "Tank cleaned on (____ Date)" using synthetic enamel paint out side the tank of PVC water tanks 500 litres capacity completed all as directed.

All as per Item No 29 here-in-before but of capacity 1000 ltr complete.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polythyne water storage tank, tripple layered, dust proof with ISI marked black/white colour (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of capacity 500 ltrs including dismantling the existing one all as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC water tank cover of existing make suitable for 1000 ltrs capacity with fixing PVC hinges, bolts & locking arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting over head PVC service tank connections of any capacity such as inlet pipe/outlet/overflow pipe connections of any size 25 to 50 mm, repairs to leakage of tank through inlet/outlet connections by cutting the over size hole and material and labour for GI pipe fittings such as GI nipple, unions, sockets, reducers, check nuts etc. of size 25 to 50 mm including rubber/fiber packing reconnecting, positioned the tank in its positions all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable DI/CI pipe with all fittings from trenches or above ground level of following sizes all as directed :-

a) 100 mm dia bore

b) 150 mm dia bore

c) 200 mm dia bore

d) 250 mm dia bore.

e) 300 mm dia bore.

Laying only DI/CI pipe new or old position obtained from item No 34.01 to 34.05 including cleaning of following sizes :-

a) 100 mm dia bore

b) 150 mm dia bore.

c) 200 mm dia bore.

d) 250 mm dia bore.

e) 300 mm dia bore.

Supply, laying and testing ductile iron tubing class K-7 with all fittings in trenches all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

a) 100 mm dia bore

b) 150 mm dia bore.

c) 200 mm dia bore.

d) 250 mm dia bore.

e) 300 mm dia bore.

Dismanting and taking out carefully defective spindle from sluice valve of size 80 mm dia and removing the old gate stud by grinding and making it to a shape by brass welding and turning & polishing, greasing, servicing as per original gate stud and refixing the same at position and testing complete.

All as per Item No 41 here-in-before but of size 100 mm dia.

Carrying out the 'B' Check from authorised rep of service engineer from the manufaturer of the DG Set of Kirloskar of 62.5 KVA capacity at Amdalli township pump house at Net replacing the spares (including the cost of repairs) Engine as described herein after under (a) to (e) para and as per manufacturesrs instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) S&F lubricating oil filter including taking down old filter. (b) S&F bypass filter including taking down old filter. (c) Checking of Mechanical Governor (d) Checking & topping up of coolant SK 802 OIC make Valvoline SERVO Hindustan as required level. (e) Any other checks as per manufacturesrs instructions. Note: (i). 'B' Checks shall be caried out on running 250 hrs or six months which ever is earlier. (ii) Coolants/oil will be measured and paid in relevent items.

M&L for cleaning the pressure sand filters with 50Cum /Hr capacity installed at various pump house at Naval Base Karwar by opening up the inspection covers, removing the existing filter media, cleaning thoroughly and toping up the deficient filter media of required quantity and fixing back the covers including replacement of existing unserviceable rubber gasket all as directed. (Note : Filter media used for toping up will be measured and paid separately under relevent item Srl No 66 & 67 :-

Supply and filling granular fine pebbles suitable for filter media of pressure sand water filters installed at various pump house at Naval Base Karwar, granular fine pebbles should be free from all types of salts, alkaline materials, minerals, silts, impurities etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling quartz coarse sand suitable for filter media of pressure sand water filters installed at various pump house at Naval Base Karwar, quartz coarse sand should be free from all types of salts, alkaline materials, minerals, silts, impurities etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs hand wheel made out of cast iron , suitable for sluice valve of size 80 to 300 mm complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Opening the LT Panel board cubical type for pump sets located in pump house, cleaning the bus duct chamber, inspect the complete panel, tighten the all nut, bolts of incoming, outgoing ACBs/MCCB s/ SFU of different capacity and heating up for removal of moisture, record its IR value with the help of 1.1KV megger and applying thick coating of Z931 strippex B and Z 955 Strippex (SL) of stanac product for preventing from flush over and fire hazard, including replacement of 3 mm thick gasket, closing of all holes complete all as directed. Note : The quoted rates deemed to be included the nut & bolts,washer and minor items required for smooth functioning of panel board
