ADDITION/ ALTERATION AND IMPROVEMENT TO COVERED STORM DRAIN AND GATE AT BOAT POOL AT INS MANDOVI UNDER GE(P) NAVY MANDOVI

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position such as in bed for drain pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing factory made precast cement concrete cover slabs, with plain faces, of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, duly reinforced, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter; for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of WPC.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty whereever required and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; plinth courses, string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering, well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
