REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF TILING, FLOORING AT MAP ACCN UNDER GE (W) MATHURA

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of rubbish, unserviceable material, debris to a distance upto 3 Km from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for shelves including 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed bed 20mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level and removal of rubbish, unserviceable material, debris to a distance upto 3 Km from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate,40 mm thick , as in floor and finished even and smooth using extra cement laid in alternate bay (panel 1m x 1m) and joints filled with and including glass dividing strips of size 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including chalk whitening preparatory to distempering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 X 400mm including waste fitting and brackets but excluding tapes, chain and plug etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 32mm bore waste fittings chromium plated for sinks, basins with long shanks and fly nuts, flange and bedded in red cement and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore CP pillar taps Fancy type cast copper alloy (min weight 350 gm) along screwed down high pressure with lettered hot & cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CP angle / stop cock fancy type chromium plated (min weight 350 gm) 15 mm bore screwed down, high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.
