EXTERNAL PERIODICAL SERVICES TO BUILDINGS INCLUDING REPAIR TO PLASTERING AND ALLIED MAINT WORK IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AIR FORCE STATION UTARLAI

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks, concrete or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm in CM 1:4 thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement similar work up to 12 mtr height of the bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surface such as roof projection, chajja, fin and similar work incl. ceiling up to 12 mtr height of the bldg, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior weather coat paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over one coat of exterior primer @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm (upto G+1 bldg) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation on new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint (up to 12 mtr height of bldg) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for prepration on new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash (upto 12 mtr height of the bldg) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L complete removal of existing wall surfaces & applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior weather coat paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over one coat of exterior primer @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm (upto G+1 bldg) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint on old decorated or undecorated wall surface over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, including preparation of surfaces by washing rubbing down and stoping of old painted surfaces of wall/ceiling upto 12mtr height complete all as specified.

M&L for applying one coat of cement based paint on old decorated or undecorated wall surface including preparation of surfaces by washing rubbing down and stoping of old painted surfaces of wall/ceiling upto 12mtr height complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal on old plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
