Development of Steel Pipeline Network

Development of CGD Steel Network: To Connect all demand centres with CGS through steel pipes, design, engineering and hydraulics for development of steel network for CGD including underground pipeline, above ground piping, city gate stations, SV stations, CP systems, branch/spur pipeline connections to CGS/ DRS/ MRS/ CNG stations/ consumer terminals including instrumentation/ electrical/ civil works for completion of the steel pipeline network in all respect to achieve 25 years demand potential of the GA.

Evaluation of Route Survey, Design & Engineering, Planning and Scheduling etc. for Development of MDPE Network, Last Mile Connectivity (LMC) & GI n/w to supply PNG to Domestic/ Commercial / Industrial consumers. Job includes sizing, interconnection among DRS, MRS, Regulators, Meters, valves, as per PNGRB regulations/ guidelines. Site Survey, Design & Engineering, Planning and Scheduling etc. of GI pipeline network till last mile connectivity of all type of PNG customers.

Design of DRS/ MRS/ DCU

Preliminary Design

Design, Preliminary Engineering, Drawing, BOM, Documentation, Specifications, Scheduling/Planning etc for DRS/ MRS/ DCU etc. and its allied facilities. It includes Site Visit, preparation of General Arrangement for DRS/MRS/DCU Layout for seeking permissions from Building Planner, District Magistrate/District Collector, PESO and any other statutory body as applicable etc and also for Tendering purposes.

Job also includes Change PO, whenever and wherever required.

Tendering for Supply Contract

STORES Management

Management of stores such as receiving & issuing of the materials, Physical verification as per policy, entry on NEGDCL data management software, Preparation of Goods Receipt Note/ Material Inspection Note, preparation of Material Transfer Order (MTO), Purchase Requisition, PO and Modification of PO etc.

INSPECTION of Material

For inspection of material supplied by the manufacturers, attending Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) / Site Acceptance Test (SAT) etc as per the instruction of NEGDCL for which the representative has to travel out of GA boundary inclusive of all expenditure viz. Travelling, Lodging, Boarding, Local Conveyance, communication expenses etc.as per the tender.

Carrying out the HAZOP Study

Carrying out the HAZOP Study/QRA/ Risk Assessment Study/ ERDMP/ Operations Manual/ Integrity Management System (IMS) (ERDMP and IMS certification thru PNGRB approved Agency shall be in NEGDCL's scope) for section of the pipeline/ stations/ terminals to be commissioned/ modified in the CGD Network as per the requirement of the project. ERDMP should be done within 3 months of commissioning of respective CGS or MS or CGS cum MS.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AT SITE

Project Management at NEGDCL CGD Head Office

Project Manager : For overall project / Construction Management / monitoring as per the direction of EIC/WIC, Deploying Project Manager at NEGDCL office at Guwahati having experience as per the SCC / Scope of Work / Tender Terms & Conditions , by taking their support form their head / design office , sites/GAs / NEGDCL , for overall Planning, Preparation/ Review of construction schedulefor each GA and monitoring of the same by using appropriate software , daily monitoring of project activities , Preapartion of consolidated Weekly/Monthly Progress report for each GAs and submission of same to NEGDCL office , Guwahati including interactions/ briefing with NEGDCL management as and when required. Attending progress/CGDreview meetings at NEGDCL office on regular basis , virtual meeting for GA with all stakeholders as per direction of EIC and attending physical / virtual meeting with sites ( each GA) , submission of MoM/ record notes within next 3 working days to NEGDCL , submission of various reports to NEGDCL /sites . Preparation of Presentation for NEGDCL management in respect of CGD projects . ATR ( Action taken report) , Catch up plan to meet the slippages if any , etc including any other jobs , as and when assigned by EIC/WIC. Assisting on instruction of EIC in preparation of standard/specific drawings for SV location /LMC/DRS/DCU/MRS/Service Regulator/Commercial Connections/CNG station etc. This SOR is inclusive of transportaion charges,lodging & boarding charges ( if any) , office stationery, computer and peripherals for attending meetings at Guwahati/Sites/GAs . Overall coordination with their head office for successful execution of works . only sitting arrangement with furniture will be provided ny NEGDCL. Overall experience : At least 15 years experience in executing projects in in Hydrocarbon Industry ie CGD projects, Hydrocarbon Process Plants , Pipelines( Hydrocarbon/Crude) Petrochemical Plant, LPG plant, Refinery Etc. Mandatory Experience : Out of the 15 years experience , at least 8 years experience must be in senior position in the excution of CGD projects. Profile having previous work experience related to heading Engineering Procurement MAnagement consultant for multiple GAs will be given preference
