Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking out U/S clogged water pipe lines & relaying after cleaning /laying of new pipe lines, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for the purpose intrenches and laying of cables in duct/trench including and consiolidation all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub-Class B Brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down (from wall/trenches/floor) existing steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of following sizes:-

(a) GI pipe 20 mm dia

(b) GI pipe 25 mm dia

( c) GI pipe 50 mm dia

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position including cleaning internally and externally, any grade/make in trenches/wall/floor/ceiling including all type of new fittings i.e. sockets, Tee union elbow etc all as specified and directed of follwing size:-

(a) GI pipe 20 mm dia

(b) GI pipe 25 mm dia

Supply , fixing & laying GI tubing medium grade with one socket both end threaded in any length including cutting threading connection in new or old position and all type of GI new fittings for laid in trenches all as specified and directed of following size:-

(a) GI pipe 25mm dia bore

(b) GI pipe 50mm dia bore

(c) GI pipe 80mm dia bore (In lieu off 50 mm)

Supply and fixing gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for galvanised iron pipe of following sizes, including taking out old unserviceable gate valves:-

(a) 25mm dia

(b) 50mm dia

Supply and fixing in replacement of float valve brass, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe of following sizes:-

(a) 25 mm dia

(b) 20mm dia

Supply and fixing of rotational moulded PVC water storage tank of capacity 1000 Ltrs cylindrical vertical with closed top including taking down of old broken/tank and making connection for new tank all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto but 500 litre capacity

S&F in replacement top cover lid for PVC tank as per existing size/pattern, suitable for tank capacity 500/1000/2000 ltr.

Supply and fixing in repair of foot valve assy with strainer of brass/gun metal of 50mm dia for suction pipe in U/G sump including taking out and lower the suction pipe all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, replacement and fixing Cast iron sluice valve, heavy duty (PN-1.6) with flanged ends,stainless steel spindle any pattern with iron wheel head conforming to IS including jointing and jointing materials, nuts, bolts,rubber gasket and washers etc complete all as specified of following sizes:-

(a) 100 mm bore

(b) 80 mm bore

M & L for Repair/rewinding of Submerssible pump mono block type AC, 3 phase 5 HP, Kirloskar model KVP-5684 after dismantling from its original position and disconnect from electric panel, opening the body, cutting, removing the burnt out winding and rewinding the same with appropriate supper enameled copper wire, insulating, varnishing drying etc and reassembling the motor. pump set including repair/replacement for pump set of all bearing, bush, nut, bolts, washers, coupling with pump and testing for best performance all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Centrifugal Monoblock Pumping set suction & Discharge 80 mm,Single Stage ,electric motor driven with the following technical specifications:- (i)Discharge : 500 LPM (ii)Head : Suction Head 05 mtr and Discharge Head 20 mtr (iii)RPM : 2880 (iv)Material of constraction of impellers : CI (v)Motar Rating :7.5HP (vi)Type of enclosures : Tottaly enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) (vii)Type of cooling : Air cooling (viii)Volts : 3 Phase,415+10% (ix)Coupling : Tyer type Note:- The pump has to be installed /modification of suction delivery as per site requirement .The required MS base frame incluiding with PCC foundation of required size as per OEM's recommendation of suitable construction is to be provided /fitted inclussive in quoted rate.Screwed ,fasteners,sealing material ,other miscellaneous items required for successfull testing/commissioning of the equipment are also to be provided.

M & L for repair/servicing of pump set suitable for AC, 3 phase, 7.5 HP by dismantling the pump case by opening the nuts & bolts and replacing the unserviceable impeller bearings and bush gasket, nut, bolts, washers including greasing, gland packing and rubber spacer incl transportation all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Rewinding of 7.5 HP Submersible pump set by removing old unserviceable copper winding clearing of slots and rewinding of Submersible pump set with same gauge and no of turn of copper coil which is obtained from old winding and assembling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for taking out of UPVC water pipe of 50mm dia bore from existing bore well along with submerssible pumps, electric cable, wire rope etc for repairing of U/S submerssible pump, replacement of defective cable with the help of tripot, chain pulley all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , fixing of 50mm dia UPVC pipe (SCH-80) column/ delivery pipe of length 6 meter threaded ends included threaded couplers, and suitable end caps or plug for bore well all as specified and directed

M&L for taking out of GI water tubing heavy grade of 40mm dia bore from existing bore well along with submerssible pumps, electric cable, wire rope etc for repairing of U/S submerssible pump, replacement of defective cable with the help of tripot, chain pulley all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , fixing & laying GI tubing heavy grade with one socket both end threaded in any length including cutting threading connection in bore well and all type of GI new fittings for laid in bore well of size 40mm dia bore all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for development of Bore well by V-Notch method at site with air compressor and related accessoreis till water discharge is free from sand / mud including carryout yield test with suitable turbin pump for two consecutive days of 12 hours duration after necessary development of the tube well all as directed and specified

Supply, Fixing of old submersible electric cable PVC sheathed industrial 10 sqmm 3 Core cable copper conductor including fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of underground sump by following seven stage cleaning process mentioned below after celaning process applying 2 coats of white cement base paint and marking the date of cleaning complete capacity 50000.00 ltr with white paint on black background all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for capacity of tank fifty thousand litre.

SEVEN STAGE CLEANING PROCESS:- (a)At first stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity de watering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC-G10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c ) Thrid stage is fresh water clenaing by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSI (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is sterilization by using TERBAC-G5 a laboratory certifed branded halogen compound,test certtificate of TERBAC-G% from government laboratory mentioning suitabiity for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization. (e) Fifth Stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria scseening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills al suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage oif cleaning and thiord bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidising agent TERBAC-G65.Test certificate of TERBAC-G65 from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitteed to the office before using for sterilization.

Note ;- (i)Contractor shall be fully responsible for all security and sefty measures. Contractor shall deploy experienced persons in such field with insurance from reputed insurance company and also submit the certificate. (ii) Contractor shall ensure that during cleaning of tanks etc water supply system is not intrupted, Accordingly adequate manpower is deployed to complete the job within the time period given by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto as item No- 26 here-in-before but of capacity 25000 ltrs

M & L for Cleaning of OHT by following seven stage cleaning process mentioned above in item no:22 after celaning process applying 2 coats of white cement base paint and marking the date of cleaning complete capacity 100000.00 ltr with white paint on black background all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for capacity of tank one lakh litre.

S & F in repair semi -Automatic star - Delta starter suitable for 5 HP Submersible motor, 415 Volts, 50Hz, 3 phase in sheet - steel enclosure MB 2S type consisting relays & contactor, pre-wiring, ON/OFF of push button, 3 phase indicating neon lamp, overload trip relay system Cat No SS96255 Model No MK1 SASD complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of PVC water tank of capacity 4000Ltrs by blocking out let pipe and removing sludge, mud or any other foreign material from the bottom and internal surface by brushing, draining out the water from the tank and washing internally by using bleaching powder and marking the date of cleaning etc with fluorescent white paint all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: seven stage cleaning process mentioned above to be followed:-

Dismantling existing valve chamber and Construction of brick valve pit of size 600mm x 600mm x 600 mm construction complete with Mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x6 mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and incl locking arrangement and lifting handle all as specified and directed. Repair/ maintenance, testing and commissioning of solar inverter panel indoor type RPI503M260000 50KW x 2 with connected accessories of make Delta , removing of dust, moisture ,checking of vermin proofing,repair, cleaning and servicing of cooling fans, air filters, checking of loose connections and repair, retightening of screws, door handles and repairing of locking arrangement, taking down of inverter from mounting structure by disconnecting of connecting wires and other accessories, transportation to civil work shop for repair, replacement of unserviceable parts and re-installation at site, making the inverter completely functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) The unit quoted rate shall be deemed to include technically required minor spares etc (ii) Major Spares required measured and paid separately under relevent item.(iii) Major repair/ overhauling, inspection and any other functional problem to be rectified instantly.(iv) Supply only item no-4.1 to 4.11 and item no-5 of this schedule will be fixed,tested and commissioned under this item no extra cost will be paid to the contractor.
