Operation and Maintenance of Wharf Cranes at Haddo wharf, Chatham wharf and Junglighat Harbour for the period of one year (2025-26).

Attending checking the wharf crane for all mechanical components, all drives, all moving parts, all mechanical transmission systems, all mechanical controls, electrical control panels, motors and their wirings, control gears, terminal connectors, master controller, rheostat resistance units, power collectors, centre column assembly and all lighting circuits and its distribution boxes all the motion limit switches interface cables, control supply and lighting transformer, cleaning, greasing/lubricating the mechanical equipments perodically and preparing equipments for operation as per the direction of the EIC,including cost of labour charges, LWC, GST, minor tools & plants etc complete, but excluding cost of materials which will be provided by the department on free of cost . The charges for PMB Gate entry pass for the workmen & their vehicle, personal protective equipments (Helmet, safety shoes, safety belt,Goggles, safety Gloves etc) to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed as per actual on production of bill.

Operation of cranes (such as ELL crane of capacity from 6 to 25 Ton) in Haddo/Chatham/Junglighat Harbour for handling of cargos, loading and unloading of materials and other works as and when required.Including cost of labour charges, LWC, GST, minor tools & plants etc complete. The charges for PMB Gate entry pass for the workmen & their vehicle, personal protective equipments (Helmet, safety shoes, safety belt,Goggles, safety Gloves etc) to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed as per actual on production of bill.

Attending miscellaneous works for wharf crane (such as ELL crane of capacity from 6 to 25 Ton) in Haddo/Chatham/Junglighat Harbour, helping hands for the operation and maintenance of wharf cranes, minor break down, repair etc as and when required .Including cost of labour charges, LWC, GST, minor tools & plants etc complete. The charges for PMB Gate entry pass for the workmen & their vehicle, personal protective equipments (Helmet, safety shoes, safety belt,Goggles, safety Gloves etc) to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed as per actual on production of bill.

Attending repairs of control panels of wharf crane such as protective, hoist, luffing, slew and travelling control panels, the work involves checking/finding out the failure of control panel and repair/replacement of damaged/defective Air break contactors, circuit boards, main contacts and other electrical components of the panel & reconnecting all electrical connections, testing and commissioning of the panel as and when required operation etc., including cost of all labour charges minor tools & plants including cost all labour charges,material charges, minor tools & Plants , LWC, GST etc complete .The charges for PMB Gate entry pass for the workmen & their vehicle , personal protective equipments (Helmet, safety shoes, safety belt,Goggles, safety Gloves etc) to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed as per actual on production of bill. but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.

Rewinding of wharf crane motors as and when required at Haddo wharf,Chatham wharf & junglighat Harbour capacity from 6 ton to 25 Ton wharf crane by dismantling of Motors from the foundation, couplings and shifting to the working place, checking the Rotor by removing the shields/covers, separating the rotor and stator by dismantling the rotor and stator from the rotor shaft, end shield/cover, rewinding the defective/damaged motors, applying the required CTC for cleaning, cost of water emery paper and thereafter applying appropriate varnish, sleeves and winding ties, fibre terminal board and brass bolts & nuts etc., as required as per the direction of the EIC, including cost all labour charges,material charges, minor tools & Plants , LWC, GST etc complete .The charges for PMB Gate entry pass for the workmen & their vehicle , personal protective equipments (Helmet, safety shoes, safety belt,Goggles, safety Gloves etc) to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed as per actual on production of bill.

Servicing of wharf crane motors as and when required at Haddo wharf,Chatham wharf & junglighat Harbour capacity from 6 ton to 25 Ton wharf crane by dismantling of motors from foundation coupling and shifting to the work place, dismantling the rotor by removing the shields/covers, separating the rotor and stator by dismantling the rotor and stator from rotor shaft, end shield/cover, Servicing completely by applying the required CTC for cleaning, cost of water emery paper, class B & F varnish, bectol red varnish, sleeves and winding ties, fibre terminal board and brass bolts & nuts etc., as required as per the direction of the EIC, including cost all labour charges,material charges, minor tools & Plant , LWC, GST. The charges for PMB Gate entry pass for the workmen & their vehicle , personal protective equipments (Helmet, safety shoes, safety belt,Goggles, safety Gloves etc) to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed as per actual on production of bill.
