Earthwork in cuting in all sorts of soil and soft murrum including conveying and spreading the stuff, embankment as and where directed within 200meters from the end of the cutting with all required lead and lift.

Filling in foundation and plinth with rubble stones in layer of 20 cm. thickness including watering ramming and consolidating etc. comp

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1-Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying Coursed rubble masonry with stone of approved quality in foundations and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1-Cement : 4-coarse sand) etc. complete.

Providing and filling rubbles stone pitching including hand packing and filling interstices with cement mortar behind abutments and between returns in cement mortar 1:4 (1-Cement : 4-coarse sand) as directed.

Providing and casting in situ ordinary cement concrete M-150 for coping, over riding returns including formwork curing and finishing complete.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Providing cement pointing in Cement Mortar 1:3 for Rubble stone pitching work including raking out joints, scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Manufacture, supply & delivery of submerged arc spiral welded MS Pipe with inside lining food grade solvent free epoxy of 406 micron thickness & outside 3 LPE Coating of 3.5 mm thickness having bevelled ends plate or coil confirming to IS-3589-2001 or its latest revision/ amendment for following thickness & outside diameter at PWD, Daman store/ site including Providing and Laying/ Fixing the specials anywhere in the PWD, Daman including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, Octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Department store/ sites, stacking etc. complete as instructed by Engineer in charge including Excavation for pipe trench incl. all safety provisions using site rails and stacking excavated stuff up to all lead and lifts directed by Engineer in Charge, Cleaning the site etc. complete for all strata as specified, Lowering & laying in position to correct line & level M.S. Pipe on pedestal or chairs upon prepared formation or prepared bedding in trenches the rates include conveyance from store to site of work, loading, unloading, joint plastering, hydro testing etc. complete & Refilling the Pipeline trenches incl. ramming, watering, consolidating deposal of surplus stuff as directed within PWD, Daman up to any depth or height and including cost of Thrust Block as per approved design and drawing by Engineer in Charge or his Authorised Representative (a) 711 mm dia 7.1 mm thickness uses for inter connecting of two pond.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of 700 mm dia electrically operated Sluice Valves of PN 1.0 Class including all jointing materials like bolts, nuts, spindle in required length, washers, packing’s, white lead, grease, including fixing with existing pipes with required dewatering etc., if any, as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Construction of cast in situ M20 RCC of 2.5m x 2.5m I/I and to the required depth Collection chambers for Inlet of Water from reservoir and outlet at SUMP end and also to accommodate Sluice valves, Butterfly valves etc. (if any - as directed by Engineer in Charge) having wall thickness of 250 mm, Bottom slab thickness of 250 mm including FE415 TMT reinforcement of approx. 100 Kg/m3 and bottom base cement concrete(PCC) (1:3:6) thickness of 100 mm as per detailed drawing & specification and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of excavation, refilling, curing, and casting/ fixing MS Pipe in Wall Concrete etc. with top slab thickness of 200 mm, top man hole cover of precast concrete M-20 including providing & fixing of Heavy Duty.

All type of excavated earth / soil available from excavation of reservoir shall be of the minimum rate Rs. 105.93 per cubic meter of upset price fixed by the department including cost of transportation, loading, unloading, royalty etc. complete as directed by the engineer-incharge. (The bidder shall quote the amount of this item not below the rate of up set price mentioned in the item description and shall have to be paid to the Govt., by the bidder in lieu to take away excavated earth / soil)
