Supply and fix in repairs stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1 mm thick sheet for kitchen with plug washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar on dwarf wall or including cast iron cantiliver brackets connecting union overall size 915 X 460 mm with bowl size 405x355x178mm or 410x357x178mm complete all as specified and directed. (Model No.BSSBSD-52 of Blue Star or SBSD 05 of Joyna.).

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel kitchen Plate Rack of size 24''x36''x10'' complete all as specified and as directed.(Model No.KPR-312 of Blue Star or P-336 of Prayag.)

Supply and fix in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or wooden beads as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases , pinning in , making good to facing where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends or edges of landings , steps , cills , sunshades , shelves , lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good of cutting in brick wall n.exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20 mm dia harrison curtain rails mild steel complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkahts of frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass/gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred , beads for securing glass etc the size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube with EPDM gasket as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm size stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight fixed with cadmium plated screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made PVC Cup board frame of size 75 mmX40 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm , made out of extruded 5 mm thick plain colour PVC Sheet reinforced with 15mm X15mm MS square tube of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and mitred cut at two corners and jointed with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 10mmX10mm MS square tubes . The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100 mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fastners . A monimum of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2 Nos of screws to be provided to horizontal member , prelam colour complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix factory made PVC Cup board shutter of 25 mm thick consisting of frame madeout of MS tubes of 19 gauge thicknessof size 15 mmX15 mm covered with 5 mm thick PVC 'C' channel of size 25 mm X 50 mm forming stiles , top and bottom rails . Panelling of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with 25 mm wide X 5 mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined togather with solvent cement adhesive . An additional 5 mm thick PVC Strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive etc . prelam colour complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs factory made PVC centre partition and shelf of 15 mm thick consisting 15 mm (5 mm X 3) 19 mm square tube, plain in colour complete all as manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel windows with side hung double shutters (both glazed and gauged shutters) in single frame including box type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars for glazed shutter, dovetailed or welded including taking down old rusted unserviceable steel window with glass panes/wire mesh/grill/guard bar and all fittings complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay etc including taking down old steel ventilator with glass pane/ grill/guard bar etc and fittings complete all as specified and as directed..
